“Excellent product, excellent service. I did have an issue with a faulty lid however the customer service team got straight in touch and sent me a replacement. Customer service is spot on!”

“The lid on my bottle didn't work smoothly, I fed this back to Hydratem8 with a video, they were absolutely amazing and sent a replacement lid immediately. It arrived and pops open 100% of the time. I’ve been using the straw version of their bottles for years and have to say it’s still used daily. I upgraded because the new version is waterproof so better for carrying in a bag all day.”

“My partner and I have been using hydratem8 bottles for a while but have recently purchased one for my mum in law who has a number of health conditions including dementia, meaning she constantly needs prompting to eat and drink. She’s really taken to the bottle and is far better hydrated as a result, plus it means we can more easily monitor how much she’s drunk. We got both size bottles for her to try but it’s the smaller (600ml) one that she uses as the bigger one was too heavy and her hand wasn’t big enough to hold it. Made a real difference and would definitely recommend to carers in a similar position 👍”

“Love my coffee cup, keeps a cup hot for over 4 hours and has helped to cut my consumption down. Customer service is ace, and rectified an issue faster than I’d ever had a response from anyone! Recommended hugely.”
