About hydrocentre.com.au:

We like two things, People and Hydroponics. We all genuinely enjoy our jobs and really appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to not disappoint you so once you have paid for something, we realise it belongs to you... Why not get it to you ASAP! Not everything can be packed or made to ship in 4 hours but over 90% do (often 100%). We are people, and we shop online. Its terrible when people take a week to dispatch something. OMG! We do have supplier issues sometimes, so if it says backorder we are expecting it and will get it to you as soon as we can.
Also we like to create new products so keep checking us out.

“Excellent service from Jaden. I rang on Saturday as my pkg had not been delivered. Aramex said it had been. Jaden assured me that he would sort it out. Aramex had delivered it to no 155 instead of 55. An honest neighbour delivered it later that day. The response from ARAMEX gave me no confidence that they would solve the problem. Jaden from Hydrocentre on the other hand took ownership of the problem. What a great new team member !”

“These guys are the best in customer service and they are my first go to shop for my hydro products they are that good in all areas of service that I will even wait for them to stock up on the product I’m after rather than deal with other businesses that just give you the run around when they haven’t got what you want in stock they take your $ and just take for ever to get back to you so THAT is WHY i ONLY DEAL with HYDROCENTRE FOR ALL MY HYDRO NEEDS because there is no point going anywhere else Best Regards Eddie Hutch ”

“Very fast delivery, was expecting at least a week interstate but they had it sent the same day as I ordered so ordered Monday and got it Thursday. Aero cloner seemed to be doing great. Will be ordering again very soon”
