We like two things, People and Hydroponics. We all genuinely enjoy our jobs and really appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to not disappoint you so once you have paid for something, we realise it belongs to you... Why not get it to you ASAP! Not everything can be packed or made to ship in 4 hours but over 90% do (often 100%). We are people, and we shop online. Its terrible when people take a week to dispatch something. OMG! We do have supplier issues sometimes, so if it says backorder we are expecting it and will get it to you as soon as we can.
Also we like to create new products so keep checking us out.

“Hydrocentre is my go too number one hydro shop for me and wether it’s inside or outside they always treat you like family and if something went/goes wrong with your order or anything theyll email and phone you to let you know that ie; we didn’t have a 1L of what I needed so they are going to send a bigger bottle instead no xtra cost to me that is something lots of company’s don’t do anymore ”

“Hello, thankyou for your email. I was happy with how quickly my goods were able to be picked up within 24 hours of my online shop. My order was short it’s 600mm cooling tube, which I was not worried about. I was offered the 400mm cooling tube but already have one. The staff have ordered me the 600mm cooling tube which I’m waiting for. I was not disappointed my online order was short 1 item, the staff were great by ordering me one. While I was in the shop. The proof of my happiness of this store is while in store I ended up spending another $500 something dollars as I was picking up my online order. I am a customer that has shopped since you had the little store near Kawasaki motorbike shop. All these years later I’m always still impressed on your shop and the way you are able to offer the latest products and high quality products and nutrients. Also the staff have always been great and very helpful to the point I always end up buying extra goods as they have listened to me on how my setup is and always have great suggestions on how to help my grow environment. “After an initial (stock availability) problem, I have received genuinely excellent service from Scott and Hydrocentre. It has become apparent to me (as a customer), that the quality of advice here is both solid and honest. They are willing and able to share/communicate that advice, even if it takes extra efforts during these challenging times. I'm a fussy customer and I'm happy that I chose to buy from this business!
