“The delivery took quite a while. I ordered in the early afternoon and did not receive my order until the evening. I did receive a phone call notifying me of an item being out of stock at the nearest location, so that was appreciated. However, I did not receive the phone call until a few hours after my order. The delivery driver also just handed me my items, no discreet bag or anything. I was also not provided a receipt.”
“I’m a regular Hyper Wolf customer! I am thankful that they still deliver to my area as I am a disabled wheelchair user who does not drive—So it is really convenient and helpful not to have to go to a dispensary location. The product selection is pretty decent, especially if you do a scheduled delivery I love the fact that they offer Heavy Hitters brand now! And thank you for bringing back the credit card option! One thing that I would love to have you guys carry is 100 mg THC infused lollipops Finding edibles that are gluten-free is a challenge”
“My only “complaint” is that many times the driver has arrived too soon. lol Hyperwolf is a great service provider and I’ve never met a rude driver working for them. As a lifetime stoner, I value the ability to have my product delivered to my door- I hope the drivers are allowed to be tipped via credit card again soon.”
