Received ear pieces in good time and packed well but one of the two doesn’t work!

Hi sorry to say that when I powered on and pair with my phone it works only one at a time and charge stayed for only 30 minutes I m bit disappointed

I have had no correspondence regarding delivery. Even this form does not allow optional comments. Very poor customer service

Still haven’t received ear phones after ordering them 2 weeks ago and can not seem to track my parcel! I’m hoping this is not a scam!

On your advert you stated delivery was 3-5 days and now it’s 10-25 so all said & done poor show all round. The rest of your questionnaire doesn’t matter as its not here yet. Regards Ray Duffy

I ordered these headphones as a Christmas present and they took over a month to get to me, at one point I thought they'd never arrive and that I'd wasted money on this product. I wasn't updated on where the package was throughout my order which I thought was very poor. They finally arrived with no warning that

IPhone wireless ear buds. These are as described and come in a great little charging pod. However they only hold charge for about 2 hours. Sound quality is OK. Very slow delivery from I7Pro just under 2 months, I was about to take action to recover my money. when they arrived. Very poor communication from I7Pro. after contacting them by email few days to reply and only stated they had been dispatched (still took a month to arrive). No tracking information supplied, their website details never changed. Will not be using again.

I placed an order in November for a present for Christmas I didn’t receive it in time so I emailed i7Pro they replied nd said I would receive it shortly still didn’t receive it until January 16th ! I was very disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend i7Pro and I wouldn’t order from them again!

I was very unhappy with time span it took t arrive 6 weeks in total unacceptable and was ordered for christmas gift which again it did not reach me in time and my son was minus a gift which he wanted I would not order again because of this reason and i emailed twice and got fobbed off with it been sent poor customer service ..... my advice order 6 months in advance

Wasn’t very happy with my purchase as it stoped working after about 10 weeks was not impressed with my I Phone 5 charger tried to contact yourself s with no feedback the product looked great quality but never lasted

Bought from this page arrived after 6 weeks u can listen music very clear but to talk u can't hear nothing (fakeone) suppose to be £120 and bought £39 if I knew it are fake I never bought it.

Unfortunately I have had very poor service , I ordered an item on the 27 November for a Christmas gift which still hasn't arrived. Whenever I emailed them they just responded with the same automated email. They have only responded to my email this week and have finally agreed to refund me the money.
