“Wasn’t very happy with my purchase as it stoped working after about 10 weeks was not impressed with my I Phone 5 charger tried to contact yourself s with no feedback the product looked great quality but never lasted”

“Bought from this page arrived after 6 weeks u can listen music very clear but to talk u can't hear nothing (fakeone) suppose to be £120 and bought £39 if I knew it are fake I never bought it.”

“Unfortunately I have had very poor service , I ordered an item on the 27 November for a Christmas gift which still hasn't arrived. Whenever I emailed them they just responded with the same automated email. They have only responded to my email this week and have finally agreed to refund me the money.”

“Were ordered as a Christmas present on the 21st November 2018, however arrived on 31st December 2018, so was unable to use as my children's Christmas present. They are out of sync so therefore make watching videos on gadgets annoying as the sound does not match the actions. My children and I are very disappointed.”

“I ordered on 21st Nov for a Christmas present was told 10-25 days tracked plenty of time but after many emails not replied to it did not arrive until 3rd January I had to return and pay return delivery very unimpressed”

“Ordered goods on Black Friday. Estimated delivery was 10 to 25 days so should have arrived in plenty of time after Xmas. Actually arrived about a week after Xmas. As the order was an Xmas present then I was not impressed.”

“Item ordered on 22nd November. Didn’t arrive until the beginning of January. I was Emailed to say the item was dispatched on 5th December but unable to check this or get delivery updates as specified on the dispatch email. Emailed the company 6 times with no reply until well into the new year. Item finally arrived but suggested on the postage slip that the item wasn’t dispatched until the end of December. Item was fine once arrived but took far too long, missed Christmas and the customer service was poor.”
