“I have a problem with the product. I have attempted to contact you, to try to resolve this by requesting a new pair of AirPods and a returns label to send the faulty ones back, you have failed to respond. Not very good PR. The product works properly for only a couple of minutes and when it does it's very good hence wanting a replacement. Sadly I have been forced into trying to get a refund.”

“Product does what is says ’on the box’ Good sound quality. Personally would have preferred a bit more bass but overall I would recommend this product. Delivery took a bit longer than hope but under current circumstances not really a problem.”
