“Not Impressed! the colors were awesome, however, the canvas was so poorly stapled on two of the prints they had ripples in them! Had to take them to someone to get them stapled properly which was not cheap!! For what I paid for these prints I was greatly disappointed! I would be leery of purchasing from this company again!”

“I have ordered many pieces of art from icanvas and I've always been so pleased. The last piece I had an issue with, I immediately contacted customer service and it was on a weekend. The first thing Monday morning I had a response back from customer service apologizing and stating that they would send me a new piece within the next few days. Less than a week and it was on it's way to me. I appreciate the quick response and the amazing service. I will definitely order from them again!”

“The canvas print looks nice on our wall. I’m only rating this 3 stars because the 1st one arrived with a long white scratch (1 inch wide) all across the top of the print and was very noticeable. I called and they promptly shipped a second one. The 2nd one also had large white scratches so they replaced that also. Third shipment was fine. They told me to discard or keep the 1st two; glad I didn’t have to bother with returning them but the whole process took over 3 weeks. l’m guessing the scratches happened when they boxed up the prints. The corners were protected with styrofoam. Note: There is no hardware on the back for hanging so I attached a wire. The 2 screws that came with it, weren’t really helpful so I used my own.”

“the package was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date, which is a good thing. But it also means the estimate was not very accurate. when it arrived, the package was intact but there pieces inside were not stored well with a few missing fixtures. overall, it was ok as we could fix the missing parts and could put the art on the wall.”
