While the image quality of the painting is very good, the actual canvas material is cheap and thin. All of the corners had wrinkles and what even looked like fingerprints from being pressed. Pretty disappointed. My husband is going to try to remount the canvas on a flat board so it's not a total waste.

Slow delivery even though I paid for express. Same order arrived on 3 different days. Almost all of the corner pieces had fallen out by the time I got the prints and it was VERY difficult to get them to stay in after tapping them in enough to stretch the canvas. One of the pieces was so loose that I had to carefully unstaple the canvas, and restaple it tighter. Then the corner pieces stayed put. I liked the colors and the art, just thought the condition left quite a lot to be desired. Another suggestion would be to have something written in the box telling you how to use the corner stretchers. I was starting a return on the worst one when I saw the message online about troubleshooting. It would have been really nice if that info had been apparent when I saw how loose the canvas was. For the price I would have expected a little better quality and information.

The Candy Cane Lane print was a perfect addition to my Christmas decorations but it was not mounted evenly on the frame. Unfortunately, it was very noticeable because of the striped border, with one side being a half inch wider than the opposite side. After emailing Customer Service, I received a prompt response and a replacement print was sent to me. It was an improvement over the first print but still uneven. Once again Customer Service responded quickly and I received a third print. Even though it also is a bit uneven, I decided to keep it because it is not extremely noticeable unless you look at the print very carefully.

I ordered 2 canvas prints. I was expecting them to match the photo on the website, but they do not look as vibrant in person. One had gold foil in the photo online, but when I received it, it is white and flat in those areas. Disappointing. On the other, the color is rubbed off around some of the edges. With the cost of these prints, I expected better quality. Lesson learned.

iCanvas chooses to ship their prints without even a simple plastic covering to protect them from the elements. While I’m sure some supply chain manager and/or accountant calculated a cost/benefit analysis showing that losses from cheaper shipping methods are offset by supply savings, these bean counters fail to consider the hassle and loss customers this creates. For goodness sake, if the extra 5 cents in materials and labor it costs to protect your costly products is too much, I’d rather you just pass that along. You’ve lost a customer over a nickel.

While the image was great, the execution of the canvas on the frame was horrible. Not stretched onto it with ripples across the entire image. Now we have to pay to get it reframed. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. Image nice though

The mounting method for this print is terrible. A few screws and wall anchors. I guess they expect you to screw through your print to anchor it to the wall. The mounting method I received with my Wayfair prints is excellent and very easy to use. I will not buy from this company again. For the cost of their prints, they should do much better.

The art is beautiful and matches the yellow beach house canvas I bought about 3 years ago from the same artist, but the frame of the canvas was delivered broken. I have tried taping it up and hanging it anyway just to keep from going through the trouble of repackaging to return or exchange.

The canvas was poorly stretched over the frame. The “adjustment” wedges had to be tightened so much that the post on the bottom of each wedge protrudes. I ended up having to remove all of the staples along the bottom edge of the frame and re-stretching the canvas in order to achieve a tight and even stretch

I purchased a framed print. When it arrived the plexiglass was damaged and some of the metal hooks in the back used to hold the picture in place where damaged so the picture sat awkwardly in the frame. I contacted customer service about the issue and they would only offer me a partial refund and refused to send me a shipping label despite having sent me a damaged product! Icanvas support said they would lose too much money if they send me a shipping label. Overall I am very disappointed with the quality of my framed print and even more disappointed with icanvas support who would not send me a label to ship back a defective product. Now I am stuck with a damaged gift. Will not be buying from icanvas again.

I received the product that I ordered but the wood that the canvas is mounted to is completely warped in one side so it doesn’t hang flush to my wall. Very disappointing, we have to figure out a fix for this as the company does not pay for return shipping.

It was easy to browse the art for a canvas I would like for my home. The shipping was quick , traceable and my new piece arrived in excellent condition. Very happy.

Happy with the product, but all 3 items were sent separately. As a result i was charged 3 times over for shipping. Given that they're canvases and not very heavy, that seemed disorganized and unnecessary.

I have already written 2 reviews on the same transaction but continue to receive emails to write a review. I like iCanvas but the artwork on the canvas I received recently is very disappointing and looks like it is worth Maybe $20 instead of the $48 I paid. And that was supposedly 60% off.

I was surprised how flimsy the framing is. In a large picture, some sort of cross structure is needed to keep the frame from twisting and being out of square. Also, there is no backing, no familiar brown paper sealing the back of the painting. No good.

Although I love the picture I am really disappointed of the placement on the 37x37 canvas. There is 12 inches of just white blank before the picture starts at the top..... then goes to very bottom. Really looks not right? not centered etc. when I called and spoke with Dean he replied that’s the way it comes....hmmmmmm? Makes me very Leary to order anything else

I love iCanvas but my last two order where damaged when received. iCanvas replaced the damaged order but the replacement was also damaged. Both orders were shipped through UPS. It is sad because again I really love the are on this site but until they get their shipping under control I am not sure I can trust what I buy.
