There was a scratch on the black part of the cavas and the way it was folded over the frame was a bit sloppy for the price paid.

While customer service is above and beyond accommodating and the quality of the canvas was great; I found the actual assembly of the product less than acceptable. The craftsmanship of my first order was not stretched properly and my replacement was warped.

This looked so pretty online but when I received it and saw that it was just flat digital canvas, with NO texture, it was very disappointing. And - it says this size is not returnable, or I would have sent it back. A lot of money for a photograph that does NOT look like a painting at all.

The frames themselves are extremely flimsy and the canvas unevenly stretched in some cases (some of them wouldn't hang flat and/or have folds). I had one of three replaced (which they did promptly although I still have to receive it). I guess manufacturing is so cheap and they charge so much for it that they just keep doing it, gambling that some would work out. Not worth the money, I'm afraid. I really liked some of the images, so it's a pity.

I purchased Ready or Not, 60x60. The picture is beautiful BUT the canvas is sagging on the third piece. When I reported it I was sent information on how to fix it myself. At age 61, I have no strength in my hands and they expect me to fix it myself? I’ve ordered numerous times before but I guess they don’t care. I feel it’s a little ridiculous for me to have to fix something that I purchased brand new and arrived defective.

I did photo to canvas and the quality of the edges of the photos are not that great. For them to have a reviewer I expect better. The reviewers should be asking for better quality if it doesn’t look good to them or enhance the quality and they never do. This is my second one. Also the canvas edges are not stapled properly and pieces are out. It gets to me and it doesn’t feel like professionals did it. Additionally I bought a painting and the quality was poor.

Poor quality. Since the premise is doing prints onto canvas I assumed that the piece would be properly stretched, but never assume. It is very loose and feel like the staples could pop out. You can see part of an identical print along the sides. It just looks sloppy.

I ordered the floating canvas with a frame. They obviously print these on a repeat with the pictures touching. Because the canvas wraps around the side, and has a small space between the canvas and the frame, you can see the repeating pattern. I don’t care for this. It makes it look cheap.

Arrived scratched, had to replace it --can you believe the replacement was scratched?!?! I'm just keeping it because I don't want to deal with it anymore. Otherwise the painting is beautiful.

Well, you didn't wrap it tight enough around the wooden frame. It is wavy throughout. Your framing is minimal, there should be a piece of wood at least through the middle of the piece considering the large size of the canvas. I considered returning it but the cost of shipping it back was very prohibitive so I just kept it but I will not buy anything else from your company

Painting arrived not stretched on the frame, canvas was extremely poor quality and I was forced to have it glued to a wooden surface by a frame shop at high cost! I will never purchase from iCanvas ever again! Very disappointed!!

This is the 4th canvas I’ve ordered and the first 3 were beautiful. Unfortunately, this most recent order is not up to the usual quality and looks like it was thrown together quickly.

I have ordered from this company twice both times the canvases I bought had major obvious defects. I will say the customer service is fast and they honor wanting to make it right. But sending a replacement after replacement when they are also broken and/or overly pixelated / not good quality pieces of artwork doesn't fix the problem. I eventually got a refund altogether. Two stars just for the communication and attempts to replace. It appears like no one actually looks at the artwork before they send it out. There's somebody's name on the back that it says it was crafted by... But that person must not be looking at it or something?

I bought 4 of Vlada canvases and the color is not the same as it is online. There’s a weird red tint on all of them and still haven’t received a reply from the company

The communication could have been a bit better. The website info only showed “in process” until an email on the day it showed up on my porch. Print was less clear and bright than image on website.

The picture I ordered was delivered within the said time of delivery so I was pleased about that but I was very disappointed at how the picture was packed! Not good at all! The picture was in a box with NO packing or padding around it at all and when the delivery man handed me the box it was completely open and exposed. I was not happy about that! I'm not sure if the print I ordered was originally suppose to be that "yellow" looking or if ICanvas got that wrong. There's a yellow hue over the whole picture that I don't like and doesn't look right during the day. I'm not sure if I would order from them again. I really like the original picture on ICanvas site better. Kinda bummed!
