“the frame on one of the canvas’ i ordered warped and doesn’t sit flat on the wall..”

“Product looked pretty cheap to me. Canvas is more like a plastic tablecloth than a true oil painting canvas. The "canvas" was wrinkled on the corners and they wanted me to fix it. I will say they have agreed to accept my return with no hassle...still awaiting my refund.”

“I like the print I ordered. However, I don’t like the way they finished off the canvas. They redid it for me because the corners weren’t up to par. The corners are bulky because they tuck the canvas in as you would paper when gift wrapping. The replacement was better but it looks sloppy and unfinished. I’m not a fan...”

“I recently purchased a large 60x40 picture from this website and I am extremely unhappy with it. When the picture was delivered, the package was opened due to lack of proper sealing of the box. Not to mention the screws and a couple of the plastic pieces that go into the corners of the picture were missing! Also, the quality of the picture itself is poor. The picture is grainy! Being that I paid a hefty $232 for this picture I would imagine that it would be of high quality. I am extremely disappointed as I was excited to receive the picture! Highly unlikely that I will purchase another picture from iCanvas or recommend this website to other .”
