“Never arrived. Tracking number said it was delivered to “Minneapolis” (nothing more specific than that), not anywhere in the apartment building (manager checked). Tried contacting UPS but they never got back to me.”

“The painting was way over saturated, and very pixilated. It was not worth the price at all. It looked like a cheap print you'd find at HomeSense or Marshalls. I will not be a returning customer.”

“$85.00 fee for return on $107 purchase is ludicrous. Information at front of purchase said all returns free. But not the case. Will not be recommending or using again. In this world of internet shopping, very poor business.”

“The quality of the Klimt tree of life print was bad, and not representative of the original work. I was disappointed to discover this when it arrived. I would have sent it back (their returns policy is good as far as I can tell) but I had the picture shipped out of the US. The burden of cost returning it was going to eat up most of the refund, so I just copped the loss. Now it sits in its box in a room as a wasted idea. I can’t look at the picture - the flaws are so bad I can’t ignore them.”

“Item ordered did not arrive before "Guaranteed" delivery date. I got no recompense for item not arriving after "guarenteed" delivery date. In otherworda their guarantees mean nothing. Update:. Changing review from 2 stars to 1 star. After complaining they said they were going to reship it and it would take "up to 7 days". 7 days have passed and they still haven't even shipped the package which was originally guaranteed for Xmas. So, company make no attempt to fix their own mistakes and instead of trying to fix their wrongs they ignore their mistake and blow you off again. I don't normally write reviews but I am beyond furious with this company now. I highly recommend you avoid this company. Mistakes happen, but when a company doesn't try to right their wrongs adequately you know they can't be trusted.”

“I ordered a small piece mid-November. I never received it. Customer service was friendly and got back to me after a few days. They said they’d replace it but it’s been almost a week and they still haven’t shipped my order and it’s Dec. 6th. It’s a Christmas present so I’m hoping it gets here in time.”

“The biggest problem is the way to put your hangings on the picture to hang them up! I just wish you would put one in the middle n let it be! But I wish you had them in, because my friend gently trie to puns into the wood n it split n he was just tapping lightly! Other wise I love the pics n want one of the lil Indian girl n also the one tall cactus on with flowers, but not happy with the hanging brackets, wish they were already on”
