I received my pictures, and was exited, when I opened the box and pulled out my picture the back was detached from the frame, it was like it was just thrown together.

Terrible company the canvases I purchased are all screen printed and look very low budget. They advertise free shipping & returns but when I asked to return my artwork they charged me a 30% return fee. I would never purchase from them again.

The finished corners were not done correctly. They had arbitrary print on the edges. It was definitely not part of the picture. Very disappointed

Unfortunately the print quality/definition and color choice in the inks are horrible and the toxic emissions from the object are health affecting. Despite this, the package arrived in good condition though.

My canvas prints arrived scratched and the color looked faded in some areas. It was not a very high quality print and I do not think I will be purchasing from Icanvas again. I didn’t have the time to try to return and receive a replacement. So I’m stuck with a subpar canvas print

I returned this item to the only address offered as a return address on March 1, 2023. There is no phone number to contact icanvas. No email address offered. Where is my refund?

My order was sent to Amazon. After several emails back and forth the company issued a refund. The company had a claim for a missing picture and UPS was going to pay them for a picture that was returned back to them. So I asked for the picture since UPS paid them for it. The company told me I had to rebuy it. So they got the picture back and free money for a lost picture from UPS. I will NEVER buy anything from this company.????????????????????????????????

This is very poor quality work. 2 of the pieces were overtightened and it made the pieces warp, so when hung up there is an uneven gap in picture, very overpriceed for the quality

The canvas pictures were beautiful but not framed properly. First of all the size is impossible to find a frame for without having a custom one made. These both were framed crooked and were 8" at the top and 8 1/4" at the bottom. I ended up having to spend more money and purchase 2 9x12" canvases, removing the blanks and replacing with the prints I bought from you. That way I was able to finally find frames for them. I would never order any canvas product from you again because of this.
