“The winter canvases I got seems to be over priced. The snowman family was found by a friend for $30. for the 40 inch size at a store here.? Also the town one was $30. for the 40 inch sizes. Of course she ended up getting 4 40 inch canvases for $120. plus tax.”

“First, I did get a full refund for the mistake icanvas made on my artwork. However, they didn’t show me with my “preview” that my signature appeared twice on the canvas. Once on the side and once on the front. Yet, the company printed it anyway. Why in the world would you print it if your company saw how there was a double signature on it?”

“Very good, not quite great. The printing was fantastic, however most of the canvases were not squared. When canvas was stretched few edges printing was stretched to white. Overall happy with purchase. I got them on sale, so am happy. For full price I would have asked them to fix about 30-40% of the frames.”

“Hi, The painting itself looks very nice and like on the pictures on your home page, but sadly I am not happy, how the frames are built and how the canvas is fixed on the frames. The frames are uneven (one being a cm longer than the other ones) and all three frames are crooked. Also on two of the frames, the canvas is wavey. On one of them it's so bad, that with the lighting I have, it's throwing even a shadow on the painting. Regards,”

“The print and size were both nice, however, the back of the picture was a little shoddy; the print was cut very unevenly on left & right edges and there was no bracket attached to it for hanging. A simple five dollar bracket would've went a long way considering that I paid over 100 bucks for this piece.”

“Only 3 stars due to delivery and wait time, picture was great, awesome and met more than what was expected. However the order was placed in October, its unclear if it just got delivered or if it was delivered awhile ago. The delivery was placed at the wrong address, the individual at that address was kind enough to deliver it to me along with another item from a different store.”

“Purchased 6 PCs. 4 of the 6 were a set. All but 1 of the canvases sat crooked. I’m pretty sure it’s a print issue but still looks odd. Otherwise, the canvases are heavy and beautiful.”

“I ordered 2 pictures , One pictured was not mounted correctly. Customer service sent a new picture out quickly. The second picture arrived quickly however it had scratches in the print. My fault I did not call customer service back about this picture, However I most likely will not deal with then again because I received two of the same pictures that did not meet my expectations. I should have called customer service back to rectify this situation.”

“I ordered 3 posters, only 2 came with mounting hardware, the one that came without the hardware also has a gather on one of the corners, that causes the canvas not to lay flat. I understand that these are being put together by hand, but the frames are also not square, causing them to appear not level at the tops, even though, they are the same distance from the ceiling at the bottom. I would order again, just with lowered expectations.”

“I am disappointed with my experience. First the box arrived opened. There was no packing material other than a plastic bag over the frame. The work had dimples don't know if was a result of poor packing or that is what you get considering it's a print on vinyl and not canvas. The overall quality reflects the price I paid.”

“The beach scene I purchased was a little off on color , the sky, water and sand all look blue. I was hoping the sand would have more of a sand color vs blue… the third photo frame is also a bit out of square . It’s noticeable but not bad enough to for us to ship it back”

“the package was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date, which is a good thing. But it also means the estimate was not very accurate. when it arrived, the package was intact but there pieces inside were not stored well with a few missing fixtures. overall, it was ok as we could fix the missing parts and could put the art on the wall.”
