I normally give iCanvas 5 stars and, as always the quality and service was stellar. I am only giving a 3 star rating this time because the company has decided to no longer offer the .75" option in all but their 8x12 canvases. I will no longer be purchasing my art canvases here, even though I love their selection, quality, service and pricing because the 1.5" is too deep for my taste.

The communication was poor. I received the delivery prior to the status being updated. Lucky I was home. I had to fix 2 of 3 items I ordered from icanvas as the glass had popped out of the frame. After examining the frame it appears that it was never secured correctly as about 1/2 the tabs that hold the glass were not used prior the item was packaged for delivery. I fixed this myself but for the money I spent I shouldn't of had to. The artwork itself is great and looks good on my walls.

I ordered 4 pieces in a single order recently. They are all beautiful, no complaints and full kudos about the quality. My issue is with shipping to Canada: it's a landmine. They use DHL, and they shipped the 4 pieces individually, so I ended up paying DHL four separate times to clear customs. I'm not complaining about taxes and duty, but about DHL's disgusting cash grab of about 100$ additional for filing 4 pieces of paper. If I had known about this before ordering, I probably would not have ordered. Nevertheless the art is beautiful and I'm happy. I just might not do it again until they find a better shipping arrangement to Canada.

I ordered two XL Dan May prints from iCanvas. Since I love this artist and the only site I can find any of his prints available on canvas is IC, I am really happy to have ordered them, and grateful there is somewhere for a huge fan like myself to have his gorgeous, calming artwork for my bedroom. Having said that, I was disappointed in the reproduction value. The ink was much darker and murkier on both pieces, but one in particular which saps some of the joy from the image and adds a sadder feel, like playing a song with happy lyrics in a minor key. Also, the canvas is stapled JUST to the edge of the stretcher bars, when a piece this large should really have an extra few inches rolled down to hold it securely in place, particularly for a 1.5 inch wood border. Speaking of "secure" and "stretcher bars," a canvas print this large really should have more support than just the outer frame in order to hold its shape/integrity/ tightness, etc. and iCanvas might consider adding additional wood to prints larger than 18X24 so that a customer can enjoy the artwork longer. I expect that these will need to be re-wrapped down the road, and given the lack of extra canvas on the edge that's going to be a heck of a project. BUT...once again, I'm glad to have Dan May up on my walls, and that I treated myself to a favorite artist, even if the quality of the reproductions, canvas, and stretching left me wanting more.

The prints were good but the packaging left a little to be desired. One of the prints had dents where the wood is dented.

When I buy a picture that's expensive, I expect it to have a sawtooth hook so that it's ready to go and be hung. My mother is a professional artist and with all her pictures she has either wire hangers on the back or she has sawtooth hooks. It just seems very unprofessional not to have that ready to go. Because then I have to go out and buy one and nail it to the picture so that I'm ready to hang the picture. I don't hang cannabis pictures from the actual frame. Any professional knows that it's not good for the painting or print canvas. It's just frustrating that you're charging that much and then you don't even have it fully complete.

Don't care for the canvas being so shiny and bright white no texture to it like a real canvas. Seems like you printed it from a printer stretched it over the frame and that was it

The canvas is great, and I love it. However, the packaging was terrible! Basically it was shoved into a box with no wrapping for protection and when it arrived, the box was demolished. It’s a miracle the piece wasn’t damaged. Because of this, I probably won’t be purchasing anything else from here.

The canvas was good quality but the finish was not. The back is stapled onto the frame and there was no covering fabric. I ordered a hanger to go with the canvas and got 2 deck screws and sheet rock anchors. Not what I expected.

It arrived damaged, a small damage but a damage nonetheless, of the plastic supports lodged itself in between the print and the wood frame and cracked the print

Somewhat disappointed, loved the painting, hated the Pixelization of the print.

The print I received was either not properly attached to the frame or the frame was not properly constructed. The upper left and lower right portions of the canvas have wrinkles where the it is not fully stretched either due to the the attachment or the non-square of the frame. The price was low enough that I did not complain. I have purchased similar items from other sites without this issue, so I will not be using this site again.

The pictures are fine with good coloring, but it would be so helpful if iCanvas would include a way to hang the pictures on the back of the picture.

They were very responsive to my issue. The picture was not stapled correctly in one corner and it caused a puckering. (a canvas wrap) They sent a new one. Although better, it was still puckered a small amount in the same corner. Something about the process?

The packaging was so tight in order to get it out of the package I scuffed some of the paint.

Great product - have made many purchases here and have been happy. What surprises me is order status was not kept up to date. Rec’d a delivery today and website still states it hasn’t even shipped yet.

picture is clear in the print, but it is on plastic/vinyl covered cloth, which I don't care for. The "canvas" is not tightly wrapped. It is off about 1/8' from the top and the bottom measurements. Not square. I don't think I would buy another iCanvas, since this is my second one and they are both off in the measurements.

I received my canvas prints on time. The quality of the print was gorgeous and packaging was excellent. Unfortunately I left them boxed up until we completed a home renovation project and only when I hung them did I notice that the horizontal lines on the print are skewed and not parallel to the top edge so they look crooked. As someone that fixates on minute details, I notice the misalignment of the canvas more than the beauty of the print now.

I ordered a picture of the Chicago Skyline, it came with the words "Chicago Skyline" printed on it, which I thought was unnecessary and undermined the picture
