“The canvas is not stretched tight enough, which causes unsightly wrinkles.”

“I was hoping to have my art pieces customized to work with a challenging wall in my home. Customer service informed me that they didn't make adjustments to their stated sizes. The delivered product looks great but it would look better if they could have helped tweaked the final dimensions. Other canvas places were willing to do this They just got back to me after I placed my order. Overall the quality of the product is very good”

“The reproduction was accurate and high quality but almost 2 inches of the original image was wrapped around the frame on each side. The zoom effect put the figure’s nose close to the left edge, ruining the balance and dynamics of the painting. Printing with a wider border would have been simple.”

“Offer discount vs replacement for damaged items. Item arrived with a few imperfections. Requested discount to avoid add'l eco-impact of shipping materials, waste, etc. Request denied, replacement item sent. Need more options re: customer satisfaction.”

“The quality/vibrancy/color of the canvas art was as expected, but it was very poorly stretched on its frame. Almost to the point where I feel compelled to fix it myself, which I obviously shouldn’t need to do. There are even slight finger impressions where it was handled poorly in this state. Not the best.”

“The prices seem pretty good. I was disappointed by the fact that prints lacked the brightness of the original and certain color tones (green specifically) were seriously under-represented -- so the final product was nowhere near as attractive as the image I saw online. So in terms of accurately reproducing the colors of the original, the quality is hit or miss. This is an issue not uncommon when printing photographs on paper (when toner runs low in a particular cartridge), but with artwork it's just more frustrating! Still good enough to hang on the wall, so not a complete bust!”

“I like it, but the three parts (it's a triptych) are not the same size and it made it difficult to hang. Also, it didn't come with hanging hardware, so I had to buy a picture-hanging kit.”

“I am giving 3 stars because it really is just average... The Canvas paintings I ordered came in a timely manner... but they are flimsy and really thin... the canvas is virtually see thru and the frame is a very flimsy, cheap wood... At the price paid, I expected a solid/firm canvas... So yeah, just average... nothing to get terribly excited about...”

“Beautiful piece but Canadians beware! I thought I was ordering from the Canadian site of this company (since it had a .ca address). Not only it wasn’t but the advertised free shipping doesn’t apply to Canada and is not “free”. Charged in US$, the shipping cost was almost as high as the wall art piece. Two other pieces by the same artist, ordered at the same time from a competing company in the US, were really shipped for free to Canada and arrived much sooner.”

“i chose icanvas because i liked the randy hibberd abstract art and i couldn't find it anywhere else. i paid a lot of money to have the art shipped to the uk but one of the prints wasn't packaged very well and was damaged. icanvas were very good to replace it free of charge but the replacement piece had a broken frame, again i think because of poor packaging or lack of care by the couriers. i was able to glue the frame back together and have been able to hang my art.”

“I placed an order for specific themed artwork in my daughter’s memory with the idea of sharing these pieces with my other daughters. The online images are much prettier than in person - online images also look as if there is “gold leaf” in the artwork but not so. I am a bit disappointed given the cost of the pieces even though I do like the symbolism which is the reason for the purchases!”

“Product was more than I expected, truly wonderful! Item arrived in perfect condition, however: ___________ Packaging was a different story: The staples closing the top of the box had failed; consequently the top of the box was open. No packing slip or paperwork of any kind accompanied the shipment, nor was there any hanging hardware. Most important, there was no padding or barrier in between the item and the shipping box on either side. I feel lucky that there was no damage. I want to order more items from ICanvas but I'm apprehensive about this packaging issue. I have contacted them with the above information but have not received a response.”

“The colors were way off from where my computer showed. Now I realize that every computer is different, but I love the prints so I am keeping them. The prints were of horses, One was supposed to be a light green but looks light blue in person and the other was a brown spotted one that looked gray to me. The packing was very good and they arrived when I expected them. Next time I will call and ask about the colors.”

“I was disappointment with this...I've purchased canvases off Amazon, literally 5 times the size, with a large depth of frame, for the same price. I expected this one to be mounted really well given the difference in prices but it wasn't stretched quite right on the frame. I'd skip this vendor and order off Amazon next time.”

“Ships quick but ships items individually. For international buyers be aware, you will be dinged custom charges and service charges for each item instead of custom charges for each item and one service charge for one box. The service charges can add up if you purchase a number of items.”
