I didn't receive nails to mount my paintings in 4 out of 7 of my boxes.

I am happy with the final product - my daughter loves it I was unhappy with the money exchange added on plus the extra duty added Thought I’d be spending around $100- turned out to be over $200 ?

It's a little darker than it appeared on the internet. I love the theme, just wish it was a lighter shade. I do realize the setting is sundown.

The shipping time took weeks, which in the day of Amazon is unimpressive. Once I got my print it wasn't evenly stretched around the frame and the frame wasn't assembled properly.

I ordered two canvases and for the most part am very happy, however, there are two issues that dropped my rating. First, the website states that all canvases are delivered ready to hang which in my mind means that hanging brackets will be attached or at a minimum included in the delivery but this was not the case. As such, I was forced to go out and buy some in order to hang them. Not a big deal but it was an additional cost and inconvenience. Second, both of the canvases I ordered were in the 3-piece format and it turns out that none of the pieces were of a consistent size (for example, one was 30x30, one was 30x30.25, and one was 30x30.125). Again not a big deal but it makes mounting and hanging very difficult and all of the pictures look slightly off because they aren't consistent.

Not having a phone number for customer service was the worst part of the experience. Please, can you not add that to your Contact Us methods?

We recently purchased 3 prints for staging our home for an upcoming sale. The 1st one came undamaged. It looked better on the website but will do for what we need it for. The 2nd one arrived with a significant tear and I had no issues in getting a replacement within 2 weeks and again just an ok looking print. 3rd print had a black background and showed scratches easily from shipping. A new print was also resent but was in worse shape than the 1st as it had more scratches and where it is stretched around the wooden frame the black canvas turned white. Mainly this is just an issue in my opinion with the black canvas as every little mark will show. I decided not to try a 3rd time and asked for our money back. Their reply was they were shipping another one out even though I had specifically said I did not want to try again and wanted my money back. I had to remind them of their policy and if I did not receive my money back I would write a review. I received a prompt reply telling me they would refund my money. So all in all if I needed inexpensive artwork for my walls I would use this company again.

Loved the print; shipping was fast and easy. The corner had a bubble or bump in it that I’ve tried to fix with little success. No worries. Stay well.

So wanted this to be a five. First I bought a large set of panels which may be different than most. Overall quality vs price is meh... my first set arrived and there were wrinkles in the corners and the cross brace feel out immediately upon unpacking. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful and sent another set. This time the canvas was better but the same cross member fell out in ahipping, this time they didn’t even attempt to nail it in. Could be very cool, shoddy work for $$$

The canvas frame is shoddily constructed. The canvas itself has bulges on the sides... was not properly folded or stapled down, but other than that, I love the print!

Service was great BUT, when I read "comes ready to hang" I expected the hanger to be already attached to the frame of the canvas and it was not. All they needed was a medium saw tooth hanger attached since they are very light weight or even a small piece of wire across the back. I certainly did not need 1 1/2 inch screws with large anchors to put holes in my walls. I love the images themselves but the bathtubs are cut off as the ends of each are wrapped around the side of the frame whereas the full picture should be visible on the front of he image. I do not intend to return them but I will be looking for better wrap around canvas to replace them with.

The price was great and the shipping was good. But overall the quality was less than I expected. The image quality was a little fuzzy, distorted in their dimensions, and the color was a little off. I wonder if I would have gotten a better quality print elsewhere.

I ordered a 40 x 60 print for a room I was preparing for a large gathering. It arrived on time, but damaged. iCanvas customer service quickly responded and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately it did not arrive on time and even more unfortunate was the greater damage on it. This one had a large gash on the box which pierced through the print! Needless to say, I was upset. iCanvas again responded quickly and accommodated my request for a full refund. So great service, but needs to either improve the quality of their packaging or change their shipping partner. This frustrating experience was enough to keep me from ordering again. Sorry.

Shipping, ordering, and exchanges are all 5 stars. The product itself, however, is very poor. The surface is pretty sensitive and the ink will wear off quite easily from bumps and scrapes. The keys in the back of the canvas are plastic and fall out constantly. Placing them in tight enough occasionally means that the key slips through the stretcher and pokes a hole into the canvas itself. A little more care with the stretcher bars would go a long way toward improving the quality of the product.

After opening the cardboard box with staples, I noticed a 7 inch scratch on the art surface. here should have been another layer of protection between the art and the shipping box. Not handled properly.

The canvas is very loose, not taut as is usual.the artist’s name is printed and not a copy of a real signature.

I had a delivery issue and found the customer service person condescending when I called for help. The canvas also has some minor defects (overstretched in one area and scratched in a couple others). These issues weren't enough to make me try to return the canvas, but it will make me think twice about ordering from iCanvas again.
