“I love the actual picture (3 pieces), but the stretching of the canvas leaves a lot to be desired. From the side, the backs of the pictures were all wavy so we added at least 3x the staples. The red plastic corner pieces all fell out. And there were no hangers included.”

“Quality of the print is great but both canvases I ordered had small dents on them that most likely did not occur during shipping. The shipping box was very well packaged!”

“This was probably something I should have read more before I bought the painting. I bought an abstract painting and with the way the painting looked online I thought it was going to have texture, but when I received it, it was just a print. Still nice, but not what I was expecting.”

“I had ordered the Sunrise Impression replica, and I do like it, and would have rated it higher but unfortunately on mine, the canvas on the bottom left corner is slightly wrinkled. It appears that it could have been stretched better. I believe that this was an anomaly and it wouldn't stop me from reordering from iCanvas again.”

“Unfortunately my stars are decreasing from 5 to 3 at best because they have now removed the "slim" .75 thinkness canvas for all their larger prints which has now increased average pricing for larger prints from the $200's price point to the $400's price point because you can only now get the print in "Standard" 1.5 thickness. I do not like this lack of option. They should not of removed the thinner canvas. It will effect me and now shopping with other vendors.”

“The quality is not very good....canvas should be stretched tight and there are loose areas that have "waves" in the canvas. Also, the corners were not folded and stapled very neatly.”

“The art work is nice but the customer service could be better especially if you deal with Ayanna or whatever her name is that begins with an "A". If you ask to have a manager call you back, it won't happen. She replied via email and did not address my concerns.”

“Beautiful picture well done. But it was shipped without the hanging material. Waited a while to get the picture and then I had to wait a while to get a little package of screws. So the missing screws was a downfall. But the picture is beautiful”

“The print choices were very unique. I loved the variety! My only criticism is when my canvases came in, they were wrinkled at the edges and not pulled taught. I paid around $40 per canvas, so I was a little disappointed when I opened the package and saw this.”

“Love the painting but the wood is warped so it doesn’t lay flat against the wall. I was a little disappointed because I had been looking at this painting all summer then when it when on sale I finally purchased it. Great price just not the best quality.”

“Stretcher bar that was used to wrap the art around was missing a large piece of wood, and it made the corners uneven, and looked horrible. Had to take the canvas off the bars and have it re-stretched. Love the piece and canvas was good quality. But the bars were unusable.”

“Plastic pieces inside back of painting coming out - not sure what they were for. Expected painting to be wired in back and ready for mounting. Surprised that it was not. Other art houses I have used always had it ready to hang. Provided 2 screws to put in the wall. For the amount of money I paid for the PRINT... I was hoping for something more professional. Iris Scott's work is gorgeous... you do her a disservice sending her work out without it being ready to hang.”

“My canvas arrived with some damage - the color was rubbed off a bit on the edges. Customer service was great and arranged for a new canvas to be shipped. However, the new canvas was even more rubbed than the first. I just kept it and didn’t ask for a third to be sent.”

“It's not canvas, it's textured plastic fabric. It's also kind of shiny. I am going to modge pod the picture too take the sheen of and give it a brushed look. Will buy from you again, knowing what I need to do.”

“I love the Monet painting from here. It’s beautiful. However, I wouldn’t recommend sending in your own pictures to convert to canvas. The quality of those I ordered is not great.”

“The print itself is great. The 3-star review is for how I received it. UPS did not deliver it to the address I provided, I ended up having to go pick it up from their facility, and I only learned this after I starting making phone calls. The tracking info was stalled for 3 days will no changes. After calling to inquire about this, I was also told that if I didn't pick it up within 10 days it would be returned to iCanvas. UPS sent me no notice that I had to pick it up (and why would I think this since I provided a delivery address in my order) and then was going to return the print without telling me. UPS needs to change their name to ESP. (eyeroll).”
