“The canvas picture was wrapped around wood, but this time it wasn’t attached right! For the pirice it could be done better. I wouldn’t order again”

“This is my second order and I was not pleased with the way the canvas was stretched over the frame. It was loose on just about all of them. I'll be hesitant about ordering again.”

“Ordered a large canvas. After receiving it, I realized my room needed a framed print to help make it pop in the room. They said no problem and said for just a few dollars I can get the framed print. Thought it was an easy fix however, when I got the replacement, it was not as large as my canvas. I guess I should have said something about the size when I reordered. I just assumed I would get one the same size as the canvas. Live and learn. And, after all of this , I didn’t want to do yet another exchange. ?”

“i love the colors and the picture was basically what i expected. however- there is a lot of white marking where the canvas was stretched over the frame. i was disappointed.”

“I ordered a Norman Rockwell "Couple Skating" canvas print.The canvas was made ok. The print was clear but online the print looked like the couple were smaller and more foreground.”

“The 2 pieces of artwork was delivered in a timely, safe fashion. The one is perfect but the other doesn't have the best quality. The corners look carelessly done. Other than that I have ordered from here before and haven't had many problems. There best quality is fast efficient delivery - but I wish more time an care was put into the product.”

“I ordered the same piece twice and it arrived both times opened and with scratches. I was promised a credit and three days later, it still hasn't appeared in my bank. I'm disappointed.”

“I loved the painting I received, but for the cost I was disappointed that hanging hardware was not already attached. I didn’t like the option that was included, so ended up doing my own (with hooks and wire) to make the hanging much easier. Plus, instructions about tightening the canvas?? Isn’t that something that should be completed before shipping? Would likely not order from your company again.”

“Love the variety offered, fast shipping and reasonably priced but my canvas came with a crease in it. I used a steamer to someone get it out but now my canvas has a slight ripped when I look at it from the side.”

“The prints on the canvas were beautifully vibrant however the wood frames are terrible! They were cracked, broken in spots that caused wrinkles in the canvas. I considered sending them back but I am handy enough that I could rig it so the wrinkle wasn’t as obvious and since the whole pictures are very lightweight, the cheap rickety frame will probably last until I change the decor next.”

“Really, really BIG ‘helpful’ comment…. Having bought 4 canvasses from here (and several others on my own), they ALL have made the same unfortunate mistake: to the detriment of client, seller & the art piece itself (although it’s super-easy to fix to obtain a WIN-WIN-WIN situation): The ‘original’ image that the customer sees (and wants) has been ‘brightened’ naturally by his own device (iPhone, computer, etc)….but that’s NOT the ‘real original’ brightness that is submitted to the canvas printer. This ALWAYS results in a canvas print-out of a ‘darker’ final image. [Very disappointing!] I personally always ‘fix’ this situation for myself by taking a desired image and bumping-up its ‘brightness’ by 4 or 5 ‘clicks’ before I submit it to print. Although the image looks somewhat too bright, the printed ‘result’ is an image that is true to what I originally saw on my screen. Please consider this for your business, your clients and for the artist himself. Thanks for reading this thru! -JR”

“Love the print, however the canvas is not stretched tight and shows a few wrinkles. It's hung above our bed and you can only see the flaws in the direct sunlight. A little disappointing.”

“We love this piece of artwork. The product arrived quickly and the website was easy to use. The reason I gave the 3 star was due to the fact that the canvas was not stretched taught over the frame and there is a wrinkle in the bottom left side of the canvas which detracts somewhat and appears a little sloppy. Too much trouble to send back and go through the whole process, so we have kept it as is.”

“I'm glad you asked. When the package arrived, there were boot prints all over the box and it had popped open. (I mean those big copper staples you use had come undone.) The print was not badly damaged and since it was a time sensitive gift, I kept it. I tried to communicate with your company by phone. That didn't work. Then email, that didn't work either. The UPS guy said I should tell you, so there it is. Otherwise, I love the print and my husband was delighted with his gift.”

“The colors are not as vibrant as canvases from other companies that print them. I received 1from this company and one from another at the same time. 2 pics by the same artist w the same color tones. This one isn't nearly as vibrant or sharp due to how the canvas was made.”
