“Compared to the canvas I bought from a competitor, yours looked cheaply made and definitely not as good. I will not be buying any more from you. Specifically, the bank of the canvas is not finished well.”

“I would have given 5 stars but the painting initially came with one panel of the picture I ordered. The remaining panels were of a completely different picture. But I give 5 stars to Matt in customer service who quickly sorted it out & I received the correct picture within days of reordering.”

“i have made several purchases from icanvas. and 90% are excellent. However, if you order a picture that includes a boarder--good luck getting it to be lined up correctly with the reame. mine have all been crooked and not straight. I have also seen some issues with the quality of the prints. like they ran out of black ink when printing them. its like the old inkjet printers that didn't have a black cartridge. It just combines all 5the colors to give a super dark almost black gray color. you can easily tell its not black but should be. The pictures i uploaded and had turned into art work were fine and i will continue to order them. over all not great but not bad.”

“I've ordered a few prints from this company and had great success, but this last order was a real disappointment. I received a print with an image that has been badly photoshopped. While I didn't notice it at first, it is extremely easy to see now. I'm disappointed at the fact that icanvas doesn't have better procedures for vetting artwork.”

“I feel like the paintings I ordered we're misrepresented in their description. I ordered several of the sea life canvas painting which were titled "metallic" and they looked like in the picture they had gold metallic accents. When I received them, there was nothing metallic about them. What looked like it should be gold was just yellow paint. It appears like the original picture may have been metallic but these were not. They did not have the impact that metallic in the painting would have had. The other paintings I ordered of other items we're as represented and shipping was handled well.”

“Everything about the website and ease of purchase, prompt service and shipping were done expertly, however I was disappointed in the actual print that i bought, WAAAAAYYY to black (The Artists Studio, by Vermeer) very poor reproduction.”

“The quality of the canvas was very nice, however, in the top corner, it was not stretched tight over the frame. We ended up pulling out some of the staples and stretching it tighter ourselves, then re-stapling. Also, there was no hardware installed for hanging, however, it was not too difficult for us to put in two small screws and a wire; it was just an extra step before we could hang it. It does look beautiful now on our wall.”

“I love the art but arrived very crinkled in several spots and had to send a replacement. The replacement came very fast and was all good. Next time I will just have them send rolled and I can have my framer's stretch. Again, the art was fantastic and the customer service was responsive. I will definitely order from them again.”

“the service is very good. customer support is excellent. The framing is also very good. The rendering of the Milky Way star field is not done very well. Unfortunately the Artist depiction of stars has a lot of streaks, looking like a time lapse photo. it looks good from 6 feet away.”

“Ink coverage was thin showing the “canvas” print through the colors. The other print was not scaled and was off center on the frame - really obvious. I’ll try Etsy next time if this is what I can expect.”

“I ordered an 8' wrapped canvas as a surprise for my wife's birthday. The package came quickly but the frame was broken. iCanvas immediately offered to replace the damaged product. I repaired it myself and accepted a partial refund from the company. Good resolution!”

“I returned both canvases. I think the fault lay in my choice of subject and size. So not necessarily the fault of ICanvas. However, I do think the quality of the photographed prints leave something to be desired.”

“Beautiful artwork, well packaged, priced well. Of the six pieces we ordered two pieces the frame was warped just enough that you can see it and annoys me no end.”
