“The canvas arrived puckered in a corner. Efforts to repair according to instructions ok but not completely restored. Also, I should have had it framed. At this point, I’ll keep it as is.”

“The website is fine but when we received the print the edges had partial prints on the side. not blended in like usual but distinct edges like there were a series of prints and the print just before and just after my print accidentally ended up on the sides. Doesn't look that great.”

“These were my 5th and 6th pieces from i-canvas. My first order (4 pieces) was great. So I came back for 2 more pieces. One of these two was great - as usual. But the other wasn't pulled tightly enough on the frame and has a definite sag in the middle. It's a shame because otherwise I've loved these products. But quality control is obviously amiss. To be frank, it's too much of a hassle to return it - especially during the pandemic. But it's a shame it was so poorly stretched in the first place. And this was the smallest and least expensive one!”

“Fast at getting the print made and sent it's no damage. My issue is with shipping to Canada. I had to pay $30 for shipping (more than the item itself). I spent the same amount sending to NZ and it's 5 times the distance. Since you use UPS to Canada, they then charged me a ridiculous $11 brokerage fee. A fee I never had to pay in NZ. So overall I spent $28 on the print, but $40 just to receive it (not including GST and tax). Quite the rip off.”

“the canvas I recieved first was damaged. they replaced it in a quick manner. the 2nd i recieved was also damanged in a very similar way, but less noticable so i didnt file a second claim. however, i will not be purchasing again because I can not trust their procucts to arrive without damage. the packaging is only in the 4 corners, and all of the red tabs they use to lock the frame in place fell out both times. they seem decent quality, and were quick to replace but sti have a bad taste in my mouth.”

“The Quality is Good but Most of my Canvas is Damaged because you're probably storing them next to each other without protection and I AM Getting Tired of it to the point I might take my business elsewhere unless I get some sort of discount for the damaged product.. The Damaged is on the Edges suggesting that it's probably the way you store them.. A simple piece of Butcher paper would alleviate the problem.. The corners have styrofoam when you ship them, but damage is usually in the middle of an edge.. I don't have the Time or Inclination to continually touch them up, and some just won't look that good.. Your Problem.. Why Don't you Solve it..”

“The painting is beautifully transposed onto the canvas, but the canvas was loosely attached to the frame with puckered corners. I was able to somewhat tighten the canvas but not quite to my standard.”

“I really liked the product and price. Though one of the panels of my tryptic was poorly stretched over the frame. It had pronounced wrinkles in the corner. Craftmanship looked fine, maybe due to the temperature variance during shipping.”

“I loved the pictures although the largest one was not as brightly colored as I thought it would be. My only complaint would be that all the pictures came with nails to hang them. I had bought another picture a few months ago from a different place, it came from China, and it had these little tiny tack like things to hold the picture on the wall with plus it even had a tiny level to make sure it was hung correctly. I wish icanvas would do that too.”

“Nice selection of art and easy to use the website, save a large collection of favorites and reduce it down to perfect for your design idea(s). However, the canvas in both my prints was wavy instead of tight and one of those plastic pieces in back doesn't want to stay in.”

“The site and promptness was very good. I love the image. I was unhappy with the printed colors. The image I received was all blue and no torquoise in the ocean, like what is represented in the multiple images shown online. I didn't bother returning it, figured it would be too involved.”

“The canvas print came but colors just a bit different than how they appeared. The hanging apparatus was separate in a baggie and is such that it would split the wood that the canvas is attached to so I chose to go out and purchase a wire hanging device and install on my own. I was hoping for the price for a ready to hang print. I usually like to personally see something of this magnitude before I purchase (4x4) wall art and I’ll go back to that practice.”

“Loved the canvases. I ordered 4 and 1 of them had a pretty big scratch on it. Kind of impossible not to notice and I feel it should of been caught. Pricing was good, but I wish I’d order the next size up. A little too small for a single wall.”

“I loved the prints, wrapped canvas. But you MUST find a way to ship them so they are not wrinkled and loose from the wood. Given instructions to fix them by hammering the red plastic into the corners and then to wet them in the back to correct, is a terrible idea. The customer should not have to do anything to them. All 4 corners where the styrofoam protections are placed, you cannot wet or stretch since that part has the wood in the way. I ordered 3 that all had the same issue, 1 more than the others. I will say your customer service was very good and sent me a replacement at no cost. I now know not to order the wrapped canvas again. I have all 3 at a frame shop now, adding floating frames on each $120.00 for each :( . I hope this helps.”

“I really am not sure... the colors look a little faded/washed out. It could be on my end or the printer's. It looks nice and vibrant on my phone. There's also the possibility of loss of quality in transition. I am going to order another with adjustments to compare.”

“The print is "OK", but the margins have been cropped so the feet of the couple in the foreground are missing as is the band of dark sky above the bright stars above (the highest of which goes over the wrap edge). Sort of spoils the composition. The image quality is good enough for the darkish entryway, we have it in, but wouldn't stand up to being brightly lit. On the other hand, I've seen the original so I'm probably a tougher sell than most - and I'd have to admit that it is not an easy painting to re-image properly.”

“I love the print itself but for paying as much as I did, I did not expect faults with the canvas. When I took it out of the package it had ripples on the canvas (not stretched tight enough). I did not want the hassle of returning so I knew to mist the back side of the canvas and use a blow dryer to stretch/shrink it tight. Thank goodness that helped.”
