Service was bad. No interaction and took many emails to get my point across. Very different than the service I received in the past. Not sure if you guys changed things but change them back.

The canvas on their large prints does not come wrapped around the wood as tight as it should be, looking poorly assembled. These prints also have an ODOR, an unpleasant factory smell that has only slightly dissipated after being hung up on a wall over 2 months. Production and shipping was by no means speedy. You have to pay 100 dollars to iCanvas for a return as well. avoid this company, I know I will not be giving them my business again.

I ordered items on 9/3. Received proofs the following day, and approved them. I had not received items by 10/5, contacted company and was informed that the order had never been started! I was supposed to reorder, reapprove the proofs, then wait 15 more business days for my order. Not a good way to run a business. I cancelled my order and ordered from another company.

Extremely disappointed. Following a previous, less-than-ideal purchase, I decided to give this organization another opportunity. Sadly, the print arrived with only 3 of the 8, plastic corner wedges installed. And worse yet, there are four parallel wrinkles in one corner, which are exaggerated when the lights are on. My initial purchases over the past two years, totaling dozens of canvas prints of various sizes, were exceptionally superb in quality and generally high in craftsmanship. But moving forward, I have redirected my subsequent canvas acquisitions to a nearby competitor with fantastic results.

I was not satisfied with the iCanvas pictures I received. I paid $ 170.00 for 3 Canvas,s of animal prints. They arrived in an acceptable time to my APO box but the packaging was poor and partially crushed. The canvas was cheap and the prints did not have an artists signature, stamp or anything on them from whom they were. and it looked like they were cut from a roll of canvas because each one of the pictures had cut off parts of another picture on the edges where it was stapled onto the frame. All in all to expensive and not at all what I expected. I will not be buying from them again.

Sorry but I really feel that this canvass is of very poor quality. I do not like to write bad reviews but I just cannot lie about how bad the printing of this canvass is. It hardly printed on a big part of this canvass, leaving most of it washed out. I am thinking of returning it, otherwise I will need to retouch it myself and not sure it makes sense for me to do that.

We received the product and the quality was terrible. The wood was crooked and the sides were not even matching lengths. I asked to return and without my permission was shipped a replacement. I had NO desire to have it replaced after seeing the level of quality. I returned and am STILL waiting for a refund. I will NEVER use Icanvas again. Ordered a piece from another vendor and SO much better.

You should be able to provide a price adjustment to customers especially when their order has not yet been delivered.

I bought 3 canvas posters. There is a color difference between them and the pictures on my mobile- & computerscreen. I know colors look different on different types of screens (and it depends on their color calibration), but that's not the problem here. All canvasses are 'crooked', presumably because the poster is wrapped too tight for a canvas of this 'depth'. I'm not shopping here again.

The artwork was disappointing, as was the response I received when I expressed my concern and requested a return authorization which I still have not received. This is not the usual level of quality or service that I have experienced with iCanvas in the past, which makes it even more disappointing!

Received item bent. They have no phone # for contact. Emailed them twice and they didn't reply. Had to get paypal involved to recover my money.

I have reached out to customer service about a canvas I ordered and have not heard back at all. There is definitely color discrepancy on the canvas and for the amount of money i spent on it, it should not have any flaws.

I purchased a larger piece and it has wrinkles. Customer service recommended a fix whereby I use the plastic wedges provided to remove the wrinkles. I did and it didn’t. Major disappointment since I paid $150 for the piece?
