Not Impressed! the colors were awesome, however, the canvas was so poorly stapled on two of the prints they had ripples in them! Had to take them to someone to get them stapled properly which was not cheap!! For what I paid for these prints I was greatly disappointed! I would be leery of purchasing from this company again!

the frame is warped on the middle piece and the image is askew on the left hand piece. i expected the quality to be questionable so i am not heartbroken. it is basically used as a background piece for zoom meeting, so clients cannot scrutinize the bad quality. will look elsewhere next time.

The campus picture was definitely not what I expected. I thought it would be more of an actual painting as opposed to a computer generated print out. There's nothing special about the painting at all. It was put together using the cheapest material that they could possibly find. It literally looks like something I could've made myself. Very cheap quality, very poorly put together and definitely not worth the money I paid.

The canvas we ordered came on time and well wrapped. We didn't notice till we hung the canvas that it doesn't look square. One side of the canvas bows inward making it look concave. Should have sent back but it is a large canvas and a pain to ship back.

I am a previous customer, experiencing nothing but issues. Over the past two years I have purchased six (6) 12x18 portraits from the Dean Russo collection. These portraits are of our furry kids. Unable to have children of our own, these furry babies are all we have. We recently added a 6th member to our furry fleet and wanted to add his portrait to our collection. I'm not exactly sure where to even begin. When we purchased the first two canvases we were sent the incorrect sizes. They finally managed to send us two more and unfortunately made yet another sizing mistake. Once they had finally sent us the correct products all was well. We then purchased three more and experienced no issues. The final portrait we purchased recently was by far the biggest disappointment. The canvas had been removed and reattached to the frame more than once, leaving behind large staple holes and a rip in the canvas. I am concerned about attempting to get a replacement since my experience last time was so incredibly lengthy. While I love the artistic images I am deeply appalled by the lack of attention to detail and the low level of customer service provided by icanvas. After this experience I have no desire to be a returning customer. This company has gladly taken too much of my money and sadly wasted too much of my time. Beyond disappointed....I expected better from icanvas.

The actual canvas I received is very lively. However, the packing was super worse. The package box wasn't sealed at all(it was open, the box itself was small for the painting and the painting was out about a couple of inches, on top of everything the painting wasn't wrapped!!!). Is that how you pack a $70 value stuff? Awful!! When I saw the package I was alarmed and thought that the picture should definitely be damaged, it was drizzling in my place that day, but luckily the picture isn't damaged. I would expect a canvas picture to be wrapped in a plastic wrap so it doesn't wet in case of rain and packed in a good box that is sealed(while sealing is a part of packaging it need not be mentioned elsewhere, but it's worth mentioning here). Though I like the painting, I wouldn't like to order any more with Icanvas, can't risk the actual item to be damaged because of the careless packaging. The two stars are for the painting. If you would like to retain your customers, try to do a better/careful service.

I bought a Banksy print. It looks fine from 6ft away, but when you get closer it looks like a bunch of large color blobs (like the 'posterizing effect' in Photoshop). I was hoping for a print of a photo of the original wall that Banksy sprayed on, with out anyone's additional artistic effects added.

We ordered 6 canvas art from here & were mostly happy , except 3 canvas had minor defects , we sent an email explaining this & only had an order # for one of the orders but had a PayPal receipt for the others proving we had bought others . We only received 1 replacement of the 3 that were defected ~~ kinda disappointed as we spent a few hundred $ here ~~

The quality of the frame and print on it was done very poorly from a quality standpoint. For $550 I would expect a slightly more sturdy frame and better mounting of the print on it.

The print's colors are very muted,... not at all like the photos on the listings.

While the picture is beautiful, the workmanship is not. There are "waves" in the canvas. It's large, so it wasn't cheap. I'll reach out to customer service to see if they can help.

My paining was crushed in one corner. Did not think it look like a professional job of stretching the canvas. And so did not think the paining was up to quality as other similar ones I purchased at similar prices.

I ordered a 3 piece 40x60 canvas off this site, and sad to say I was very disappointed with what I received. First of all, the image was so blown up and pixlelated that the image was not the crisp, clear image that you would expect to receive. Maybe this is due to the large size I got, but nonetheless, the image looks poor up close. Also, the product itself is incredibly cheaply made. For paying $225 for this, I expected something that was well manufactured. Well, when I tried to hang my 3 piece piece of art, one of the 3 canvases was so crooked and distorted. The edges were not square and even, but more so crooked and curved. You can really tell when the pieces are hanging side by side. Safe to say I am quite disappointed all around and will be messaging this company personally. Sad to see the works of other artists being so poorly thrown together with such a deceiving price tag. Two thumbs down.

My canvas was not well-stretched and is puckering in multiple areas. The box arrived open on both ends, but luckily was so well-fitted around the 2x3 frame that the frame did not slip out. The print cuts off key aspects of the original painting. All in all, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the print.

I found that ICanvas was very true to their claim that they want you to be happy with their products. The canvas was exactly what I ordered, but it didn't look good where I planned to put it, & there was no other place for it, so ICanvas supplied me with a shipping label (for free shipping to return the canvas) and gave me a refund promptly.

There are a lot of green undertones in this print that weren’t obvious when ordered and the size of the canvas is too large to return. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a triptych. The staples that hold the canvas to the frame were not all put in very carefully, resulting in sharp points of staples sticking out from the frames in places. Because of this, the art arrived with staple scratches across the bottom of the middle triptych, thanks, I suppose, to the way someone hurriedly packed the items. The sharp staple points also damaged the edges of the canvases before I even opened the shipping box. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
