I have made quite a few purchases from your company. And 95% of them were great. However, one of the canvas pictures had a line on the face of the painting that appeared as an outline of the border, showing through. This ruined a near perfect record. I should have returned it but I did not. Very disappointed based on the fact that I have spent a lot of money over the past few months..

This experience didn't go very well... I ordered a canvas with a price tag of US$40, but I ended up paying almost US$160 (four times more). This happened in part because of the way the shop is built. When I was ordering, after confirming the price of the item, I got an info about the delivery that said the total cost would be US$53. I was misled into thinking it was the total cost of the order. So you can imagine my shock when I saw a screen stating that US$93 would be charged from my credit card, with no chance of going back. However, all this only covered for shipping expenses. And since I live in Europe, there were taxes and fees to be paid - which amounted to more than US$60. When I contacted iCanvas support, Deb was very clear and helpful, showing me that the info is included in the iCanvas FAQ. However, this should also be on the payment screen BEFORE the final click, along with an estimate of the hidden costs an international order might have. The quality of the support was what made me give this experience a 2 stars rating instead of a 1 star. But it'll take a long time before I even consider making another order at iCanvas.

Terrible customer service, switching prices all the time, and saying they would honor the price on the day i attempted to purchase with a refund and then not following thru fully. They gave a partial refund so it 'only' cost me approx $35 more than clearly agreed upon price, but after 8 email exchanges with me submitting clear screenshots of what I should have been refunded multiple times, and them sending many smaller confusing amounts that never totaled the full agreed-upon price, I just gave up as "close enough" and not worth my continuing hassle for remaining $ owed. 2 stars since the piece of art arrived as described.

The large picture I ordered was delivered when they said. However, the box was opened. Additionally. The canvas is not stretched correctly and looks like it has ripples in it.

I appreciate the price and the fast shipping but the print arrived with a small scratch, and worse it is not stretched properly. So it is loos on the frame and looks wavy when hung on the wall.

This was our first purchase from iCanvas, and after reading all the reviews, I was expecting more. We ordered 9 different prints, most of them varying sizes. 7 of them were constructed well. 2 of them had issues. I contacted Customer Service, and was told how to "fix it myself" at home with a hammer. The canvas needed to be stretched more. After completing the instructions, it still isn't perfect. However, given the back/forth and time needed to fix it, we have accepted them as is. The most frustrating part was the inability to easily hang the canvas pieces. We selected the slim frames, and the hardware provided is unrealistic to use. We ended up using our own (with wire and nails) and hope there is no long term damage to the product. I don't believe we will be ordering again.

I was expecting a reproduction of a classic painting with some realistic brushstrokes (paint that is 3D), but it was a flat canvas. The frame is real wood but arrived cracked and crooked; I tried to bend it back as suggested by customer service but with minimal success. I did like that it arrived quickly and the site has a good selection though.

I loved the picture on the website however, my picture on the canvas is clearly crooked. The words are crooked and so is the picture. Everyone thinks it's cute, but honestly asks me " is it suppose to look off center"? I honestly think it was WAY over priced for what I received. I mean, $29.00 for an 8x10" off centered picture is a bit much!! I recently ordered 15 black and white family photos from a different company and they cost $89.00 for ALL of them, the quality was superb, they came with hangers already on them and they ranged from 5"×7" to 8"×8" in size. The backs don't have a bunch of " plastic adjusters" to worry about and none of them were as poor quality as the picture I purchased from iCanvas. Sorry guys, you asked, just being 100% honest! I didn't want to go to the hassle of returning it so, unfortunately , after so MANY people asking me " if that picture is supposed to look off centered like that"? The picture now sits on my " junk" drawer and will eventually go to good will or the garbage! Sorry, I really loved the saying, won't be ordering any more pictures from you, glad I didn't order everything I wanted to on my list. Sincerely, Heidi L. Smith

So, the canvas has a noticeable amount of slack and can be seen from every angle. Additionally, the fold on the bottom frame is very loose. Overall, it looks like a pillow sheet. I'm glad I only bought a small frame...I had a feeling it wouldn't be quality.

4 of 8 of the red wedges had fallen out in transit. Customer should not have to replace these before hanging. Need a better wedge that won't loosen and fall out.

Wooden Frames were all warped when they delivered, when mounted on the wall they do not appear symmetrical by any means and will not hang straight.

We’ve made several purchases from iCanvas in recent months. The first purchase more than met our expectations in that it was framed well & arrived in excellent condition ready for hanging. Our most recent purchase (which is pertinent to this evaluation) was disappointing. The canvas was damaged upon arrival and the framing was poorly completed in that the substandard construction failed to evenly stretch the canvas across the frame. We paid a significant price for this particular piece of art work and expected a product similar to our previous purchases. Unfortunately, the quality was unsatisfactory at best. It’s unlikely we’ll make another purchase from iCanvas based on our most recent experience. Up-Date: I received a very kind response from iCanvas’ customer service offering to replace my damaged art work which I sincerely appreciated! That said, I had already repaired, strengthened & re-stretched the damaged frame/art work & addressed other issues. I’m grateful for iCanvas’ response and will now order from them in the future. Thank you!

The picture was the correct size and shipped i a timely manor. The downside is the Styrofoam corner protectors made indentions in the canvas which I thought might go away. They haven't. There was no hanging hardware included with the product so I had to improvise that. I did not call the company because their shipping Styrofoam is useless as it damages the canvas! The hassle of returning it without the packging wasn't worth it.

I order a canvas and it was damaged. They sent me another one that also had some minor damages to it. The box had already been opened this time. I’m just going to keep this one. I wish my experience was better.
