The item was guaranteed delivery on or before 12/22 but it did not arrive in time for Xmas. Icanvas blamed UPS who blamed USPS who blamed UPS and both blamed icanvas saying they selected shipping and by the time it got ot USPS on 12/21 they had 8 days to get it delivered. Took several phone calls during which icanvas said its not late yet and until then it is out of their control. I felt helpless as no one would help me. Finally got a refund because it did not arrive as promised. It was too stressful, dishonest and ridiculous. I will not use them again. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because it was pretty and they gave me a refund. Probably should have been a zero star since my sister didn't have a Xmas gift to open.

The reproduction was terrible. Muddy, blurry, and absolutely not what I expected; the jpg showing the advert was clearer than this bad repro I got. I immediately emailed requesting a refund for these reasons. OTOH, although customer service put me thru quite a few hoops for a return, I did eventually get my money back, and they did not want the product back, saving shipping costs, resources, and my time. FWIW - it should be enough that the customer clearly explains the first time why they want/need to return an item. I did not appreciate the time wasted by the many emails I had to send back and forth restating what I had first given as my reason for return. And in the end, ICanvas realized that yes, it was a crappy product, because they didn't even want it back, it had zero value to them. I cannot see myself ordering anything from this company again.

We ordered three canvases. One arrived very crooked, the frame was not straight, nor was the canvas wrapped around it. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. It is a different shade of black and white, and doesn't match the other black and white one we ordered. It is also very crooked, so it won't sit straight on the shelf. I once again contacted customer service and it has been several days and have heard nothing. There is no quality control at this company apparently.

I received my order of 6 canvas prints yesterday and in every single one of them either her head is cut off or her body is wrapped around the edge of the canvas. These are her Senior Photos, so not some group pic shot on my phone. Have reported issue to them but is a holiday weekend so will see how they respond next week. Also packaging was not good. They wrap canvas in one layer of plastic then tape them to a piece of cardboard. One of the prints was loose and banging around in the box. Very disappointed.

No ones gotten back to me about the item that was returned to you by UPS. Order 919869. I never got it, it went to the wrong house.

One of two canvas photos came with large slanted indentations in the lower corners from the stretching & framing procedure. The marks were obvious in the light when wall-mounted. The company immediately refunded that purchase. The colors of both photos are slightly different than seen online - one was darker with less vivid blue; the other has a faint green tint to the tan tones, but still works in my room & I like that photo of godwits on the wet beach very much.

I have put an order with “expedited services” (with a fee) whereby my order was to be delivered by 4 business days. Unfortunately UPS didnot deliver in time and I was resent the order. I appreciated the fact that my order was re-made and re-sent. However I had to request the “expedited service” fee multiple times until a reissue. Overall my order took about 3wks to complete.

My canvas arrived creased and warpped. I let customer service know that I needed to return the item on the email that I received telling me that my item had been delivered, but I haven't heard anything until now through a rating icanvas email. My prior experience with icanvas for another item i purchased was good though, with no problems. Hope I am contacted regarding my current problem.

Item shipped on time and was packaged well for shipping. Product itself was disappointing. Print was very pixelated. Canvas was not stretched correctly. Had planned on buying several prints for a new house but decided to just buy one to see quality. So glad I didn't buy all of them. Should have returned but decided to use it as an art project and added my own paint on top. Actually came out very nice despite the original product.

I ordered two 20 x 60 stock landscape photos on canvas. Delivery was fast and on time. However the quality of the prints was disappointing. Both images lacked high definition and were some what blurry. One canvas print has printing imperfections where the color was not consistent. Returning for a refund or replacement was not a viable option as iCanvas requires me to cover the approximately $60 shipping fee - almost 50% of the cost of the print.

My stretched canvas was wrinkled in one corner and appeared to have a long scratch or line on it. Not on the canvas but on the print itself. As if there was a problem with the printing machine that was used to create the image on the canvas.

I dont think i will order from icanvas again- my canvas came dented, with a small hole on the side. The fabric was weirdly stretched out so I cant really display it as i was hoping to. It was quite disappointing.
