“When I opened my order there were pieces everywhere. You have to restretch each of the three canvases. I didn't mind doing it but I don't think I got it as good as factory. Love the paintings. Yes I would definitely order from these folks again!!!”

“My custom canvas was damaged during shipment. I emailed Icanvas and attached a few photos. Very quickly someone responded that they would be shipping out a replacement. They provided awesome customer service as always.”

“I normally give iCanvas 5 stars and, as always the quality and service was stellar. I am only giving a 3 star rating this time because the company has decided to no longer offer the .75" option in all but their 8x12 canvases. I will no longer be purchasing my art canvases here, even though I love their selection, quality, service and pricing because the 1.5" is too deep for my taste.”

“Update 7/12/23 Customer service reached out after I submitted pictures of the prints. Their customer service member was very helpful and acknowledged the quality issues of the prints and iCanvas is replacing all 3 pictures at no additional charge without the mirror images on the edges and bottoms. I have not yet received the prints to verify yet, so 4 stars for now. Will update once replacements are recieved. Signature of artist printed multiple times on bottom and corner where print wraps. One print has the title printed backwards on the bottom of the print. The third print has a scratch (not from shipping) down the front of the print. I will not be ordering prints from iCanvas again.”
