“I purchased Ready or Not, 60x60. The picture is beautiful BUT the canvas is sagging on the third piece. When I reported it I was sent information on how to fix it myself. At age 61, I have no strength in my hands and they expect me to fix it myself? I’ve ordered numerous times before but I guess they don’t care. I feel it’s a little ridiculous for me to have to fix something that I purchased brand new and arrived defective.”

“The art work looked just as I expected, and I was pleased with them. One of my prints was damaged in shipping. It was apparent that it had been laid flat and a heavier box placed on top of it pushing in and denting the canvas. Your customer service rep was easy to deal with and replaced the the damaged print swiftly. Do to the issue I would recommend putting some arrows or descriptions on the box to ship upright not flat. Of the 3 prints I purchased 1 was a multi panel picture. One of the frames in that one had a slight bow in it (I get that, that will happen with wood frames) the problem I see is that bow was use on the inner side of the picture so it stands out when next to a straight one. It would have been less noticeable if it was used on the exterior side panels on the outside but I can live with it. Again, I would like to say all in all I am happy with my prints and look forward to ordering the next one to finish my room.”

“The quality/vibrancy/color of the canvas art was as expected, but it was very poorly stretched on its frame. Almost to the point where I feel compelled to fix it myself, which I obviously shouldn’t need to do. There are even slight finger impressions where it was handled poorly in this state. Not the best.”
