“They were very responsive to my issue. The picture was not stapled correctly in one corner and it caused a puckering. (a canvas wrap) They sent a new one. Although better, it was still puckered a small amount in the same corner. Something about the process?”

“I have loved all the artwork that I received except for one piece. They refunded my money immediately and told me to keep the art. I really didn't want it but I didn't have to go through the trouble of sending it back. Soon after that, I bought more art and loved both pieces.”
