“The level of service was excellent, better than I would have expected. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. All I did was explain the urgency in which I needed these framed pieces replaced and I was not sent through any red tape but you just corrected the issue. I respect that and appreciate that. “The pictures are great, I've ordered several. One though was mounted on a wood piece that isn't square (like a sliver was missing on the side), another has a blemish at the corner. The canvas could be more taught at the mounting corners, seems rushed and not A+ level but decent... pretty good, but could be better.”
