“I like the print I ordered. However, I don’t like the way they finished off the canvas. They redid it for me because the corners weren’t up to par. The corners are bulky because they tuck the canvas in as you would paper when gift wrapping. The replacement was better but it looks sloppy and unfinished. I’m not a fan...”

“The frameless canvas arrived in perfect shape and looked like what was displayed on the web site. Shipping time was reasonable with tracking info available once item was enroute. Pleased”

“Great picture and great customer service. I had a problem with indentations on the print, most likely from shipping and was sent a new picture almost immediately. My customer service agent had me try the company's quick fix tips but that didn't seem to work so they sent a replacement right away and I got to keep the old one. Awesome company. I will recommend.”

“Customer Service is excellent and prompt. I do staging and sometimes my customers after the purchase have change of mind about the product... icanvas Customer Service made it easy for me to return big size paintings. Only thing I would like to mention is they should make it clear while we order on Customers order page that the returns are not free and we pay a fee of $85 for the return. Other than that no complaints.”

“Excellent service from iCanvas. I ordered a print that was too large and they replaced it with a smaller size without me even having to send the original large in. Fast and friendly. One thing I would note is be careful ordering really detailed prints in the large sizes -- the resolution that they used on one of mine was not really high enough and the print was blurry. Other pieces I have ordered have been fine.”

“I ordered a beautiful painting (37x37). It arrived in perfect condition, and was exactly as advertised. I'm far from a designer, so unfortunately the painting did not work with our current surroundings. Return was easy breezy, and contact with a very proficient representative went great. I will definitely order another painting from iCanvas! Thank you”
