“Picture was delivered as advertised and on time. I had an issue with the return policy, but the matter couldn't have been handled any better by the Icanvas team. Was shocked at how promptly and efficiently they took care of it. Beyond excellent customer service. Have already placed a second order with them and can't wait to see the picture.”

“Excellent quality of canvases - it was not my first order. Above and beyond customer service. Packages were left and ruined in the rain by UPS driver however iCanvas took responsibility for it (they did not have to) and replaced damaged items at no additional cost. highly recommend their service.”

“Canvases are beautiful, very good quality, reasonably priced and packaged extremely well. Unfortunately, canvas I ordered did not work for its designated area. This company honors their return policy promise, the process was easy and uncomplicated. Customer Service immiedely acknowledged my return request then provided UPS link to generate prepaid shipping label, paid by the company. Definitely a major bonus when initially unaware if the canvas ordered will work for you until you receive it. I will definitely be reordering from iCanvas sometime in the very near future. Highly recommend doing business with them!”

“Customer service is awesome - they do whatever it takes to be sure you are happy with their products. They even have detailed instructions on how to tighten and/or work with canvas that might not be perfectly tight. I bought a canvas only item and a framed canvas item. Framed is much nicer; I bet the framed art is even better. Large framed art and large framed canvas a bit pricey. I would definitely purchase from them again.”
