“If I’m being honest, I was disappointed when I received the ornament. The hole to add the ribbon is punched in the middle of my dog’s name. It seems to be almost in black and white rather than color. I found it difficult to upload the picture.”

“I really like the sign, however, was disappointed that the edges are not painted. For the amount of money I paid for it, I expected it to be a complete project. I Now need to paint it, not what I expected.”

“Great turn around as far as time is concerned. Was very disappointed at the font size of our business name. I choose a much larger font. You can barely read the name. I guess it's considered trail and error.”

“Amazing work, but came broken. Totally not their fault and they are working to get me another sent out. Very thin wood so I imagine there will be issues with shipping. Other than that, very pleased.”

“Product is not as nice as pictured. Not worth the cost. Picture put on a small circle of tin. Shipment arrived in 12 days. That is a very long shipping timeframe. FL to CA.”

“A little disappointed in the size and quality of the Christmas ornament I ordered. I realize it was my fault for not reading the dimensions carefully enough... I just thought it would be higher quality metal and finish. It feels cheap and flimsy to me. The picture and printing are done well...it’s just the overall “feel” of the product I’m not happy with, for the cost of the product. Communication between the seller and me was great. Shipping was great.”

“The piece I purchased is very nice. A well done piece. I thought the piece was totally personalized. I did not realize it would come say "Lakehouse". It makes it useless for me but I did understand this is not returnable.”

“I usually give great reviews but I have to say I was disapointed in this ornament. It is a very thin piece of metal not what I thought it would be. Print is very small, hard to read. I would not get this again.”

“They were very quick with sending ornament. I had asked what the difference was between proof and no proof. No one answered. They sent the ornament without us discussing and it's OK. Disappointed none of the pumpkin our granddaughter was sitting in was caught on the ornament. Would have had them make the baby smaller so the pumpking or at least part of it could have been caught. Wish it was. Now it just looks like a crying baby and the joke is lost.”
