“Label that was delivered were different colors that were on the screen. Quality is good, just not what I thought I was ordering.”

“The labels came out fast and they looked fantastic. I've used this company several times and the labels are always great. The new website was a little harder to work and their customer service wasn't that much help. Also, the prices have gone up substantially since the last batch I ordered.”

“We loved the sign, however the shipping packaging was very poor and we were lucky it did not get damage. Box came open and ripped and the bubble wrap was all over the place. One corner was a little scratch but we liked the sign.”

“The ornament is nice. I ordered ornaments from 5 different etsy stores. This store had the most complicated personalization process and the slowest shipping. I specifically didnt like that you had to buy the ornament first before you learned about how to personalize it. All other stores let you personalize it, proof it then buy it. For that reason I wouldnt buy from them again”

“The ornament looked nice, but flimsier than I expected. Also would have liked it to be double sided. If it flips (which it certainly will) it will just look like a thin metal circle.”

“My picture was not on center, you can tell the lines are crooked from the square of the ornament. Aside from that, the material feels sturdy.”
