“Very quick shipping and love the labels are easy to peel. The only issue is that the black in my logo doesnt blend with the black of the retro water bottle labels. They did before but something must have changed”

“Product was perfect and turned out just as I wanted. The screws were a little small compared to the product but we just used bigger screws to hold it in place and it worked fine!”

“Fast shipment of labels for an upcoming wedding. I had a question on a Saturday morning and although the retail business was closed I got a response and help quickly. There are better design-your-own sites. This one did not have a "help" or clear instructions, especially for understanding what would be cut off. Got help through the chat. One issue was that we had about 4-5 labels that did not remove from the sheet cleanly and had to be scrapped. Not worth return/refund but messed up the count. Word of advice: buy extra. Will defintately use again.”

“They came and looked great. I put them on but they wouldn’t stick. I tried a second time and squeezed the ends together for a better hold Let’s see if it holds If anything I might have to put a little bit of tape on the one side that’s all”

“Ups delivery went well until they handed the package to the post office. It was held up for a week in the postal system. Do not do this again. The postal system is slow and not organized like UPS.”

“I like that I could customize my ornament myself. My only complaint was that my ornament came with a small stripe unprinted below my photos which did not show up on the customization tool, so I wish they had someone doing QC to ensure that wouldn’t happen”

“The ornament is well crafted and unique. It was a little bit smaller than I anticipated but better for an ornament than what I imagined. I tested the Spotify code and it worked perfectly. I have a Spotify account; I'm not sure if accessing the song would be as easy without an account? The picture and font are clear; coloring is exactly as expected. I was able to change the length of the song on the template to accurately depict the length of the song I chose, but I could not figure out how to change the marker showing "how much of the song had been played." This probably isn't a big deal, but I'm sure my fiance will listen to 1:03 thinking there's some hidden message, haha. I was careful about the hole not puncturing the picture; I suppose it's still a bit close but that's my fault for not noticing on the template. I purchased the ornament the weekend of Black Friday 2021. I paid for rush service to make sure I had the ornament for Christmas; it was delivered (to Boston, MA) a few days later! The ornament came with a red ribbon, which matched some of the font and can be used to hang the ornament or create a bow on the top of the ornament. The ornament was shipped in a simple plastic bag, which was inside a brown cardboard envelope.”
