“Quick turn around, and good quality product. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the price for shipping was ridiculous. As an employee who works in shipping I now for a fact, shipping for that zone and weight, doesn’t cost $31.00 for a 3 day priority from Florida to Ohio”

“iCustom Label's customer service was very helpful in making sure our personally designed label fit their template and that the colors and design matched perfectly. The production was quick and the final product was good quality paper that didn't tear or smudge when we applied them! Due to the bottle type we chose (a 23.7 oz), the only unexpected part was that the label wasn't long enough to overlap in the back. This wasn't an issue for us though because the entire label is adhesive and never slipped off. We would use them in the future.”

“The product itself was amazing. Very happy with that. The communication was lacking.. took forever to get back to me ..I was literally asking for just a photo of the finished product before it went out as one of my deceased nephews names was on it and I didn’t want to upset my mother.”

“The ornament is nicely done. Like that it has a shiny flat back. Was worried it would look more like a pin - but worried for naught. Complaint - takes too long to manufacture. Need to be a short timeline for memorial gifts.”

“Worked well, and came out nicely. Ordered to place label on cigar, wish it would have mentioned that it did not contain an adhesive within the label to secure it in a circle around the cigar. That separate adhesive would be required. Other than that, all good.”

“We had a custom plaque made for our business. It looks nice, however the wording at the bottom is slightly crooked and I wish the letters were a bit larger.”

“Ordering process was excellent, and the confirmation that the labels were completed and shipped was extremely quick, however, they arrived a day later than promised (and what seemed like an extra long time to begin with for an air shipment of an envelope). The labels were also difficult to peel off based on the instructions to do so properly, and 5 were unusable as the corners tore with paper backing still attached (so corners were not able to stick on the bottles).”
