“Received an order today. While the dress was beautiful as always, IGIGI no longer takes the same care and Quality into the packaging and shipping. It used to be that dresses were shipped on plastic swivel hangers, in plastic garment bags, carefully folded and packed in boxes. The one I received today was stuffed into a plastic mailer in my mailbox, the mailer had ripped and the dress was wet and soiled - it's been raining here for several days. The shipping charges are the same as they have always been ($12). For those of us that have ordered from IGIGI for years, please be aware that you will not received the same care in the packaging and shipment as you've been used to. I was very disappointed, especially considering that the original owner is back in control of the company. I wouldn't have expected this kind of service.”

“I am a very tall and very curvy woman, and I have had a lifetime of struggling to find dresses that fit and flatter my body... until I found Igigi. Igigi's cuts and styles are perfect for a full-figured woman like myself, and the designs are created with our real bodies in mind. The fabrics are soft and comfortable, the structure is crafted expertly, and the designs are truly beautiful. Igigi dresses feel like they are designed and made for me... because they are literally designed and made for me! I love the customization options. It is so wonderful to be able to get a dress made to your exact specifications. “I had a work function and limited time to get something that would look great and fit right. I emailed and asked about a rush order and Igigi got back to me within 1 day and said they could accommodate, even though the dress was being handmade in Europe. It arrived in plenty of time and fit just beautifully. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again!”
