Il y a 10 ans, j'avais acheté une superbe robe sur IGIGI. Je la porte encore aujourd'hui. J'ai souhaité renouveler l'achat d'une nouvelle robe pour un mariage. J'ai été très déçue. La photo ne correspond pas totalement à la même robe qu'en vrai.La couleur était terne. La taille/ découpe ne correspond pas à ma morphologie. Très grosse déception. De plus, lorsque j'ai voulu que l'on puisse recoudre la robe, je n'ai eu aucune réponse de votre part alors que vous ne faites aucun remboursement. C'est fini, j'ai enlevé IGIGI de mes favoris. Je ne recommanderai pas. .

There was a huge flaw in the front of the dress where it was sewn incorrectly. Dress was not sewn to measurements. VERY disappointed.

Dress was cut very wrong. When I received the package (from Poland, NOT made in America as it used to be), the waistline was tucked right under my chest and the dress billowed out from there like a balloon. Also, the cleavage was sewed in such a way that I could not get complete coverage. I don't believe the seamstress took my height (almost 6'0) into consideration and hence the dress is unwearable. Will not be ordering again.

I placed an order on July 5, 2022 for a custom dress for an event on July 15th. The dress was shipped out FedEx and has been sitting in Memphis, Tennessee for approximately 6 weeks. I spoke to FedEx customer service rep Carlos. He advised me that IGIGI needed to contact them in order to resolve an issue with customs. I reported these details to the igigi support team July 31. They were not helpful because they did not seem to comprehend that the dress was to be delivered to my address in Maryland, not Tenessee. Support asked me for directions to my home. I told them in writing that the dress is in the wrong state. They asked for patience, it is 4 weeks later and I still don’t have my purchased item and have not been provided any status as to when it will be delivered. This is extremely unacceptable as I paid significantly for this purchase. This company does not accept accountability for their mistake. The correct address was provided in the purchase order. I will never understand why it was mailed from Mexico to the wrong state in USA. They were advised in writing the required actions from FedEx as the payer for the shipment. FedEx will not provide me additional detail because I did not originate the shipment. They will only deal with the originating company which is IGIGI. This has not been my experience with my other purchases. Support claims that the management has not changed. This appears to be a scam because support has made no attempt to call snd explain why my purchase is late and how they plan to correct the problem to get me my purchased custom dress for $218 US.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment with your IGIGI experience. We went ahead and refunded your order and credited back the money to your original payment method. We are investigating how Fedex lost the shipment, as we are not yet clear why the package ended up in the wrong state. Again, we sincerely apologize for this breakdown. Thank you, IGIGI team

Received an order today. While the dress was beautiful as always, IGIGI no longer takes the same care and Quality into the packaging and shipping. It used to be that dresses were shipped on plastic swivel hangers, in plastic garment bags, carefully folded and packed in boxes. The one I received today was stuffed into a plastic mailer in my mailbox, the mailer had ripped and the dress was wet and soiled - it's been raining here for several days. The shipping charges are the same as they have always been ($12). For those of us that have ordered from IGIGI for years, please be aware that you will not received the same care in the packaging and shipment as you've been used to. I was very disappointed, especially considering that the original owner is back in control of the company. I wouldn't have expected this kind of service.
