“It is often overlooked when a company does exactly what it professes to do, but that is the case with ILGS. Easy to deal with, slick service, goods delivered when promised and in good order. No more than I expected, but perfect execution.”

“I saw some bad reviews about this site but I did my research and the site checked out when it comes to security so I decided to go for it. Essentially I ordered a graphics card on a 7 working day free service. I received the card within 2 days which as it turns out was actually fulfilled by a fairly local and reputable company (overclockers) and sent as a prioroty dispatch. The card was still cheaper than it was on the overclockers website, and was cheaper than amywhere else i'd seen for over 3 months of watching. I got more than what I paid for, and rate this a 5 star service, would recommend.”

“I must be honest, I was a little sceptical about the store as the price I paid for my 8 disk RAID system was around 20% less than I could find it anywhere else so I was unsure if I would ever receive my order. I ordered the RAID on Thursday and paid for 3 day delivery and on Friday the unit was delivered. It was in perfect condition, as described and expected. So far this product is functioning flawlessly. I am extremely happy with the service, price and delivery of ILGS although the website could do with some streamlining as finding items and especially using the search field was quite difficult. All in all these are minor gripes, I will and have recommend this store.”

“I ordered on a Sunday with next working day delivery. I got no order conformation (except money drawn from my card). Nothing more happened until I called ilgs on Tuesday. Once they answerred (3 or 4 calls) I got very good service and they dispatched my item the same afternoon.”

“Honestly, At first I thought this is too good to be true. Hence I researched around and found a lot of negative reviews. But, there was 50% positive responses. Most of the negative responses were when the customer had to return items. I was really skeptical. There were 2 factors I had to consider 1. I have to take gamble and pray that my item arrives correctly & in good condition. If not I am in trouble. 2. Credit card surcharge I went all the way to pay for it twice and due to amex surcharge of £74.81 I was wanting to see if there was any other website which would tip this price over. However I didn't find any, ILGS were a little cheaper. So praying to god I placed the order. The original shipping was due in five days. I was surprised by when it arrived and how good the product is. It arrived the next day & product was in perfect condition. So, overall I have given 4 stars but not 5 stars for amex surcharge. I think the charge is too much. Maybe if were in a situation where I had to return may be this review will be different but lucky me everything went ok. Thanks to ILGS. Good work.”

“Bought a 50" LG TV from ILGS and not only was it cheaper than all 47" TVs offered by other outlets - let it alone 50" - but it arrived on the Friday morning after I ordered it on Thursday afternoon. Can't get a much better purchase than that, can you?”
