“We placed our order before 2pm on Friday 26th September and paid £9.95 for next working day delivery which was Monday 29th September, but the order was not delivered until Tuesday 30th September. We chased up the order on Tuesday morning and someone was supposed to call us back and let us know why we did not receive it on Monday but we have not had any reply.”

We had sent an email to the order email stating this product is only available as a 48Hrs service as the product was coming in from Europe.

“Absolutly perfect purchase, ordered just before midday and recieved late afternoon the next even though had chosen 7 day free delivery option. I had paid through Paypal which had a surcharge but this was clear before paid and as it was free delivery I was not bothered. The monitor was brand new and arrived in excellent condition.and an absolute bargain aswell. I had to contact them to get a tracking no. for the delivery ,but I recieved an instant reply and given a 1 hour delivery slot. Overall very pleased with the purchase and service and would not hesitate to use again.”

“After reading some poor feedback, I was apprehensive about ordering from this company but their price was hugely cheaper than Amazon (my prefered supplier). Took the bullet and ordered, knowing that my card was protected anyway and was welcomely surprised how efficient the service was. I placed my order at 07:30 - had a despatched notice by 08:30 and prompt delivery the next day despite selecting 3-5 day shipping. No problem at all and would highly recommend. Genuine goods and very fast delivery”

“Found exactly what I wanted at a cheaper price than anywhere else so went for it. Was a bit sceptical at first as I'd never heard of this site but delivery of my laptop was very fast over a bank holiday weekend. The only thing is that I'd have appreciated a packing note with return details if needed. However I'd use this site again.”

“Sneaky company when it comes to returns. They will charge you £50 + vat just to restock an item, meaning it's not worth returning something, despite them offering the 'refund' option.”

“Goods ordered on Monday at about 1.00pm; still not arrived on Saturday - rather more then the three working days promised. 49p charge (almost 5%) for using a Debit Card when the website states no charge for Debit Cards! I am not happy!”

Dear Alistair, Your Parcel was shipped very next day after your order was placed via UPS. UPS Tracking NO: 1Z9FE7346837706111 UPS made 4 attempts to deliver each time no one was there to sign for the parcel, on the 5th attempt the goods were delivered. Regarding the card payment, you had selected Credit Card option which your cart type was, for debit cards there are no surcharges. We make that clear at time of selecting payment method and do all we can to keep things clear and transparent to our customers at all times. From our side we kept you informed via email about the dispatch of goods too to keep you updated. We are sorry you still feel we did not do enough from our side to get the item to you quicker.
