“Best price I could find online, far better than Amazon's. FIxed a problem with a discount I had in good time; very reasonable discount too. Delivered before Christmas as advertised. One of the few companies that allowed me to order so close to XMas as well. Great communication. Very recommended.”

“I ordered a phone got the wrong phone delivered, sent 3 emails been ringing for two days to find out why I got the wrong delivery and to get the correct phone, cant get in touch and havnt herd anything back. Was a christmas pressent for somonenow they cant have it. Very upset and dint no what to do.”

Hi, Your order was for a "Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom SM-C105" which was shipped and delivered to you in time despite the christmas rush and last min order by your self. You have sent us an email over christmas break knowing that the offices are closed, however we have replied back to you even when the office is closed. You have requested you want to change the order to another phone, which is not the same as we have sent you the wrong phone. It is very unfair of you to leave us a negative review where we have done all to get things to you in time and that too the correct item. Regards, ILGS Team

“Ordered a X52 Pro from capitalstores, what a mistake! paid for next day delivery and still not dispatched after 48hrs lol. Cancelled order and ordered from ILGS on Saturday and item was dispatched promptly on Monday and delivered on Tuesday :-) I had never heard of ILGS as I came across them while searching on Google, but I would 100% use them again. Thanks ILGS”

“Just pray that you do not have to return anything to this company for a refund. I bought a cover for an I-pad which was clearly advertised on the site as suitable for i-pad 2,3 or 4. When it arrived it was for an i-pad mini. I rang the company to ask about a refund and was told I had to fill out an online form to get a return number before they would take the item back. I have filled in the form several times and had no response. I will never use this company again and the only reason it gets one star is because there is no option for zero.”

We had a call from you about this, to which we had informed you to raise an return request. We have not had a return request filed for this as yet. We would have done everything to get the return carried out and you refunded for the order. A sales person also clarified with you the item that you had ordered was what was delivered to you, if not required simply complete the return request and we will get the rest done.

“I was a little sceptical due to some of the bad reviews but delivery was very fast, and the price was the cheapest by far even with the ridiculous PayPal/credit card surcharge (credit card was less than PayPal) would use again if need be.”

“I ordered few days a go a protector over their website and I have to say that I read the review after i ordered and i got a little bit panicking as some people say that servos was terrible or they don't even got their items. I have to say my experience was impeccable website was easy and quite to use, the price compare to Amazon, eBay and other supplier was at least 20% cheeper with ILGS and in the order say that my order will come in 5 to7 working days but it came in 4 so I'm very happy and highly recommended!”
