4 month old car , door damaged while vehicle was in I love meet and greets care. I paid for this service which is an embarrassment in itself. After telephoning them from abroad to tell them they had left my boot open…? What were they doing in there , god may know.. I get back to collect my car at night when it’s been raining and I cannot clearly see my car . The next day I go to wash it and it’s clearly been dinged… customer service only available by email conveniently . Surprise surprise they hide behind their t&cs that I should have advised them at the time..! Yeah right o , when I couldn’t see it in the dark. AVOID , use at your peril …!

On return from holiday the keys to my new top of the range Kia Sportage were hurriedly handed back, the driver couldn’t get away fast enough. The settings on the dashboard had been fiddled with and I had to re-set everything before I could drive off. Almost 4 weeks to the day my car was stolen. Did they clone my key?

First and last time using 'I love meet and greet' Gatwick. All was fine until I had an issue with a damaged alloy. As advised on their website I emailed them with photos of the damage, no telephone number to call which is frustrating. The reply was 'As per our terms and conditions any reports of alleged damage need to be reported at the airport prior to your vehicle leaving our care and control', what's the point in asking you to email them with any issues if that is their policy? At 1.52am in the morning the last thing I thought to do was check my alloys, that aside it was dark and the guy dropping the car off couldn't get away quick enough, he almost took my key with him. You are also advised to leave the forecourt promptly to avoid any further fees due to the new airports charging scheme. Due to their lack of customer care and attitude towards my complaint I checked my dashcam footage as any bumps would have been picked up by that, to my surprise the 8th June has completely disappeared from the memory card, every other date is there but not the date I left my car in their care. The dashcam is permanently on as the on/off button no longer works, the only way to disable it is to unplug it, had they done this on their journey it would have still shown the 2 journeys I did on the 8th before leaving my car with them. The only explanation is that they have deleted the footage for the 8th June which is an admission of guilt in itself. I requested the photos that they took of my car at drop off which they eventually provided me with, these clearly show the damage was not there when I dropped the car off. The most annoying part of this is that I understand accidents happen, had they just owned up to it and dealt with it then I would have probably used them again but I will not use a company that lies and covers up their mistakes. Avoid at all costs, there are better ones out there. Red circle photo - drop off White circle - pick up and they are trying to say the damage was already there!! Laughable!!

Unacceptable Lack of Accountability and Customer Care I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with ilovemeetandgreet. Despite clear evidence of negligence resulting in damage to my vehicle while under their supposed care, their response was shockingly dismissive and devoid of accountability. Instead of addressing the issue with the seriousness it warrants, they callously invoked their terms and conditions to evade responsibility. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to acknowledge their wrongdoing is simply unacceptable. This egregious display of incompetence and indifference highlights a fundamental lack of integrity within their organization. I refuse to tolerate such appalling behavior and will actively discourage others from patronizing ilovemeetandgreet. It is imperative that potential customers are made aware of their disregard for accountability and abysmal customer care.

BEWARE! Good and courteous Meet & Greet service, BUT! They scratched my car underneath the front bumper quite significantly, clearly very hard to spot during the quick check upon collecting the car. I suspect the driver knew something as he explicitly advised me to hold on to their ticket "in case you need to report a scratch or something". Discovered these significant scratches right upon returning home while washing the car and emailed their support. They refuse to fix the scratch as "You failed to report the alleged damage before leaving the terminal as required under our terms and conditions and your car has now left our care and control." Be vigilant and inspect your car very thoroughly as this firm won't otherwise accept what's clearly had been their fault. Anton Goldenfarb.

What ever you do ,DO NOT USE https://www.ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk/ If they damage your car they will not inform you , leave your car covered in dust and will hope you leave without spotting the damage .... in my case £300 of paint work damage .... if you use them take photos of every inch of your car before and after parking even if its dusk or dark as they will say you damaged it yourself and laugh at you. and say tough luck... the cars are taken off you at arrival and parked by their staff....there no way with the impact damage caused they were unaware of the damage caused in their care....just hoping to get away with it If it was a few scratch i might have shrugged , but the guagues were deed enough to require a respray and the impact had misaligned the headlight washer breaking the mechanism - photos taken after car had been washed down They maybe cheap , but they are rouge traders and morally bankrupt NO NOT USE unless you drive an old banger you couldn't care less about... There customer service is shocking.... this is the first time i've ever felt the need to go "full Karen" on a review but people need warning about their shocking lack of customer service ... thanks

A really disappointing experience from a company we have used a number of times in the past. I had a courtesy car that I discovered on leaving home to go to gatwick had a slow puncture - one that was enough to warrant concern. I inflated at the nearest garage and asked the valet driver if they had the means to check the tyre pressure and re inflate before returning the car. He confirmed this could be done. While away, I personally called on the day I was due to depart and spoke to a very nice lady called Caroline who said they had a record and she would get someone to check immediately and again just before midnight when I was due back. When the valet dropped the car back it was at 1.1 bar pressure with the warning light on - about 40% of the pressure it should have been and likely to damage the tyre (which is about £400-500 to replace). The driver just shrugged his shoulders, said “I just deliver them” and left me to it - thank goodness the tyre pump was working at the local garage. What’s more I tried to honestly date my return correctly - expecting I would be out after midnight when my flight landed shortly after 11. The collecting driver told me I had overpaid and I should have put the plane landing time not the time I anticipated collecting the car - but I couldn’t get a refund. Looking at some of the other reviews it looks to me like there are serious culture issues with people that simply don’t care - made worse by people that do seem to care (Caroline) being let down internally. A very disappointing experience all round for someone that has used the company a number of times. Right now I would advise others to consider / research other companies as alternatives.

I have used I love Meet and Greet in the past, there were no issues and I would have recommended them. HOWEVER! I used them in July/August 2022, and would now avoid them as I do not trust that they would take any responsibility for damage to a vehicle. Here is the story: I inspected my car when it was returned, and it appeared fine, except for a small, tiny, scratch. I could not confirm whether it was caused by the company, or not, so in accordance with their policy, I pointed it out and asked them to take a picture before I left so I could double-check it against the original photographs they took when they collected the car. Immediately I was faced with hostility from the member of staff, who claimed that I was accusing them of causing damage and that they would prosecute me for making a false allegation. They told me that if I wanted I could email the office, but that they would not care anyway. They made an unnecessary scene, shouting and causing bystanders to stare - at this point I had made no accusations, I just needed to point it out before I left as I knew they would accept no liability if I didn't show them at the time. So, I emailed customer services who were awful, they sent a fuzzy photograph of the photograph taken of my car when I first dropped it off, meaning I cannot see if the damage was pre-existing or not. To be transparent and allow you to make your own opinion of whether you would use this company I have pasted the email chain below: On 2 Aug 2022, at 22:15, ILMAG Customer Services wrote: Thank you for your lengthy email. Our drivers do not need to be subject to abuse and you obviously upset him with your accusatory manner that we had done this damage. Attached is a photo showing the damage to be there on collection so we did not do it and this whole thing could have been avoided. We find ourselves being subject to many false and fraudulent claims – so sad when we are one of only a few reputable companies. So we accept no liability as the damage was already present on collection Regards The I love Team Sent: 03 August 2022 06:34 To: ILMAG Customer Services Subject: Re: Complaint relating to booking reference DFCVCS I am appalled by your response. I did not subject your driver to abuse or accuse him or the company of causing damage, yet you appear to assume that I did. I’m unclear how you have come to this conclusion. It appears that you are forming an opinion / judging me based on the poor behaviour of other customers, rather than reading the facts I presented in my email. You might be a reputable company, but your response to a customer simply making an ENQUIRY about damage does not make you reputable. I do not think your response is satisfactory from a customer service perspective and I would like this forwarded to your manager so they can see the poor responses that the customer service team are sending to customers. On 3 Aug 2022, at 18:28, ILMAG Customer Services wrote: Thank you for your email. We are a family business so all concerned know about our response. We have nothing further to add. The damage was pre-existing and we accept no liability Regards The I love Team

What a greedy company with everyone sacked due to Covid the MDs are dealing with bookings and emails. It's took me 20 plus emails to get my refund even though I paid for the extra cover to protect my booking due to the Covid-19 pandemic and all that comes with it. I booked and paid for the 20th October to 2nd November. Jet2 cancelled the flight and changed it to the 21st a day later. I called them, no answer. I emailed them and they said pay another £30.00 to which I replied why as I'm coming a day later and the days are covered with my original booking. They emailed back saying it's that or nothing. So I called Stansted Airport a man changed my booking as I had the dates already booked in as he understood my predicament and sent me confirmation of my booking for the 21st. A day later one of the MDs cancelled my booking without any further communication and told me good luck finding another Meet and Greet. How unprofessional and disturbing is that. I did find another company and saved £37.00. Shame on you and good riddance. I Love Meet and Greet my backside. Plenty of decent company's out there everyone. Look around and stay well away form these greedy lot.

We rang ten minutes before arriving at the drop off and then arrived at LGW Nth and waited and then rang them and they were another ten minutes. A long wait in the cold and dark. They were not friendly or pleasant as a company on either contacts. Upon return the driver fled fast and I then checked the car - only to find the front wing scraped badly and paint taken off. This was not caused by me. ILMG have been very rude and denied knowledge of an accident. They took photos only when it was in their carpark - after driving it - and claim it was pre-existing damage. It looks like a very new scrape in their photo. They are crooks. They refuse to give any CCTV footage or details of their carpark and drivers. Do not use. They have damaged many others cars, upped mileage yet claim to be within a mile of the airport, from my research, and always use the same denial tactics. I would give them less than one star if possible. Even when they have had no option than to admit they are at fault - read lots of reviews, there are so many - they have dealt with issues in unsatisfactory manner, it seems. Park your own car, pay a bit more and you’ll be far safer - it’s preferable to having stress and hassle (as well as expense) getting your car fixed upon return. A dampener after a good holiday!

Key broken The drivers who collected and delivered the vehicle we efficient and friendly, however the key to the vehicle was broken whilst in their possession, no apologies, it was superglued together and then sellotaped on return. They refuse to refund as they say it was faulty on delivery and as the car is older the key is older, although they admit it was broken by a member of staff. As they super glued it together it had to be recut costing £35! Tried to go through the complaints and customer service which just kept stating no liability and the oldness of the vehicle. Be very aware of damage and no come back - still trying to escalate it.

My car got scratched while I was traveling. I took a photo when retrieving the car and compared with the check-in photo, the scratch was clearly not there before. Despite the photo they keep rejecting liability using dodgy arguments. "there is a distortion on the photo" "your photo is very zoomed" In addition, drivers were late at our arrival and return to the Stansted airport, despite calling them in advance. Forcing us to wait outside in the wind with our baby.

Avoid! you would think that this meat and greet company would take care of the vehicles given to them for safe keeping, mine was absolutely covered in bird mess, never seen so much ever, on the roof, bonnet, doors, door Handels even on the wheels, absolutely every were.. I now have permanent paint damage as a result. Trying to talk to the Complaints executive is like banging your head agaist the wall.

Do not use this company. They damaged our Toyota Land cruiser (bumper and wing) the day before we arrived home to Gatwick Airport from Spain and they expected us to use one of their vehicles with sign writing all over it whilst ours was being fixed. We could not believe our eyes when they met us with the car. We refused so they drove us home and delivered another of their vehicles (VW) the next day. We were expected to get it insured on our own insurance which Aviva refused to do. Finally they hired an equivalent 7 seater vehicle to replace our Toyota Land-cruiser. Their excuse was that it was too short notice to hire a 7 seater but when they eventually did it only took 2 hours to arrange. We had rude emails saying it was our fault that we did not find out about insuring their VW before it was delivered to our house. They finally offered 1 week free meet and greet for the untold inconvenience this has caused. I would like to point out that Justin who drove us home and delivered our vehicle back was good but the customer service department is appalling. Also please note that Stress Free Parking and I Love Meet and Greet are the same company. If I could give them nil stars I would.. The company answered my reviews on another site and said they offered 2 weeks free parking as a gesture of goodwill but this was a lie, they only offered one week. We did not take up their offer because we considered this an insult considering the the bad service we received. Instead we much prefer to let other people know how bad they are. If this happens to you, insist they hire a courtesy car.
