“Key broken The drivers who collected and delivered the vehicle we efficient and friendly, however the key to the vehicle was broken whilst in their possession, no apologies, it was superglued together and then sellotaped on return. They refuse to refund as they say it was faulty on delivery and as the car is older the key is older, although they admit it was broken by a member of staff. As they super glued it together it had to be recut costing £35! Tried to go through the complaints and customer service which just kept stating no liability and the oldness of the vehicle. Be very aware of damage and no come back - still trying to escalate it.”
