“The ONLY shipping Impericon offers is UPS. On top of this high cost shipping, when tariffs started, UPS started charging outrageous broker fees on top of mischarging tariffs.
When my items arrived damaged (posters not even in tubes jammed into a too small box with other items free floating), Impericon did not even do the bare minimum of replacing or fully refunding. (A common issue I have seen with other customers.)
I happened to have Impericon open in a tab and saw the site update with some new merch, which I immediately ordered, before it was announced anywhere. Despite having to be one of the first orders, I watched other people receive the item while mine hadn't even shipped. Then, fourteen days after I ordered, I received an out of stock notice. This is a cardinal sin for any retail company ESPECIALLY on a pre-order item. Then they didn't even refund the full amount I was charged! The next day they had my item back in stock, so I would have to pay additional shipping, broker fee and tariffs for a second order.”
“I have been waiting for my shoes for more than 7 weeks. they indicate that the shoes were sent incorrectly and are now being sent back. I don't believe any of this, I was seriously scammed by them! Definitely don't order here. you don't come into contact with them well.”

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and cannot recommend impericon based on my experience.”

Long story short:
Ordered something but realized that I ordered the wrong size. Not 1 min after the order I tried to get in touch with them to correct it.
-No response after 48 hours.
-Tried to call them, no answer neither the phone number for Uk or Germany (ps. the German number only can be called from Germany, I asked a friend to call them)
-My gf even hit them up on Instagram, the guy response was "just order the correct size and return the wrong one"
(at my own expense of course)
-6 days and 4-5 emails and unsuccessful telephone calls later and several failed attempt to get in touch with them i just gave up.
My improper order is on the way and I cannot send fricking smoke signals to Germany to cancel my frickin order.
Last time I used them.
Go EMP or BigCartel or anything else, these are just clowns.
