“Terribly unpleasant experience. First they portray that they are giving ticket for very less price and if for some reason you end up for rescheduling you are killed. They give unrealistic reschedule fares and then ask to cancel if not required with a lot of high cancellation fees. The worst is, keep a tab on your credit card, they even make fraudulent charges like after an year. I have raised complaints to all sort of agencies and got back my $1010 back which was charged! Fraud company”

Chandu in particular was very helpful as I tried to upgrade my ticket and he helped me cancel existing ticket and book a new one. I am hoping the issues others had with refunds were fixed as I was promised a refund in 3-5 business days. Other than that, the service was great.”
