“Booked/rebooked Air India tickets with Indian Eagle and part of it talked to agents - Anil, Chandu, and Sheik and everyone of them were helpful. Chandu in particular was very helpful as I tried to upgrade my ticket and he helped me cancel existing ticket and book a new one. I am hoping the issues others had with refunds were fixed as I was promised a refund in 3-5 business days. Other than that, the service was great.”

“I found a very good deal on the website and when I had to reconfirm the itinerary,I called the customer support team and the agent was so helpful, he explained the itinerary in detail and helped in answering all my questions regarding the itinerary. He also guided me through the process of booking and helped me book my ticket. I will for sure return to indianeagle to purchase my tickets in future.”

“I have made a booking for my trip to US through Indianeagle.com, but due to unforseen circumstances I had to change my plans and reschedule my trip. As I contacted the customer support team,the agents were really helpful in assisting me to reschedule my trip by giving me multiple itineraries patiently until I chose an itinerary that matched my dates and the budget. I would certainly recommend and purchase in future with Indianeagle.”

“I have recently booked a ticket to Hyderabad with Indian eagle, the flight got canceled due to the pandemic, I got my full refund and I am really satisfied with their customer service and their prompt replies. “Do not buy from these people, go directly to Airlines. They lie and keep your refund. I spoke to Mansoor, Rajkumar, Arni, Aziz. All are liars. My father has since passed and bo refund since March 21. I did a 3 way call with LH and again LH stated bo refund was processed. These people asking to wait. Bunch if crooks. Don’t Book!!!!”

“They are really rude and irresponsible people.. I talked to one representative she was not ready to accept her mistake. It happened yesterday. Sge asked me yo pay 100 dollars penalty for my ticket. As per the new rule, we are not supposed to pay any additional fees. Also they sent me someone else itinerary to me😂😂😂😂.. Really bad experience.”
