“Shivaram has provided an excellent customer service to me. He is a pleasant man who helped with my inquiries, and answered all Amy questions. It very refreshing to speak with someone who loves what they do, because it shows in their demeanor. He is a great asset to the company. I asked him to send a review link, because credit is due when it’s due. Keep up the great work.”
