“My recent experience with Indian Eagle was great. Lavanya helped me with my travel needs within minutes. It was very easy to complete thebooking process including the payment. I don't think I would have gotten such great rates without her help”

“We had to book two itineraries and the customer care person (Rahul) was quiet patient with all the queries and helped us thru the booking process. The fare was cheaper compared to the Airlines website. I would recommend people to try Indian Eagle.”

“Never book through them. Its a trap! they don't cooperate to change/modify tickets. very disappointed with the service. I had to cancel the ticket and pay $$$ to cancel.”

“We had some queries and we were given the best help by the customer care person. We were lucky that we got connected to MUTHU and he was able to help us with best prices and guided us throughout the process. I would recommend people to try Indian Eagle.”

“Their prices are great. Their customer service is excellent. LAVANYA helped me to book, cancel on request, and rebook my flights. They gave full refund on cancellation (because I booked with them again). LAVANYA was extremely courteous!! Keep it up !!”

“Leonard was very helpful and followed up with me throughout the ticket reservation process. Even though I got ticket email confirmation, he called me again and made sure that I got all my reservation was confirmed. Great job and very good customer support and I always book my India trip through IndianEagle”

“Excellent service by Prem. There was a cost issue and he worked patiently with the backend in mitigating the issue. There was constant follow up with updates and I felt comfortable all along the process. He is an asset to any team. Appreciations to Prem and Indian Eagle team”
