“Customer service is excellent. Chandu from Customer Care Team took care of my request very fast. He was also very courteous. The price is good I assume, it is certainly better than the airlines website. I did not get chance to compare with other online portals. The process is also very clear and accurate, so no confusion or surprise fees. One thing to update would be the search on the UI. It should wait till we select all the filters, for example, taking out some airways. Now it runs the search after each selection / de-selection of an airway. Also when we change the date of the search the filter criteria is not saved. If we address the above, it will be perfect!”

“Had a billing issue with IndianEagle due to a glitch in their system which was showing different total amounts in the email vs the e-tickets. Sidhartha was very patient to explain and help me through resolving it.”

“Easy to navigate website, quick onsite support via chat with an actual person (Rohit in this case). I just booked an internal ticket from USA-India - and it was a pretty smooth and fast experience. A couple of things that could be fixed - the site did not let me enter my preferred airline rewards program name - it gave a default choice for the airline I picked, without the option to change. Rohit was also unaware of how I could get the correct airline selected and preferred number added.”

“I have made a booking for my trip to US through Indianeagle.com, but due to unforseen circumstances I had to change my plans and reschedule my trip. As I contacted the customer support team,the agents were really helpful in assisting me to reschedule my trip by giving me multiple itineraries patiently until I chose an itinerary that matched my dates and the budget.
