“Big lesson learning in a hard way, these third party companies are good as long as you don't change your plan but the minute you need to modify your travel plan you stuck with their scammy policies. I bought an Air India ticket from EWR to DEL then I needed to changes dates, Airline does't impose any penalty so essentially I just need to pay the fare difference. fare difference from airline was approx ~140 (for 2 people) and they told me because I bought it from 3rd party they can't edit my ticket and I have to do it with Indian Eagle. Indian eagle tripled their price and I have to pay more than $420, I had no other option but to pay them because I was stuck. I learned very hard lesson and going forward will always book directly from airline there is absolutely no benefit using these 3rd party agents.”
“I don't even know why anybody would use other booking companies like Kayak, Expedia or Priceline while Indian eagle is so reliable. This is my third booking with Indian Eagle and they have never failed to surprise me with cheaper fares, excellent customer service and most of all its super quick. I had three passengers in different dates and different routes and one customer service call booking addressed everything. Not sure what else would one expect more. I am sticking to Indian eagle for good.”
