“Thank you Rithik for assisting me with my request. Rithik was very professional and patient throughout the booking process. I had too many questions and he answered each of those very patiently. In the final moments, I had to cancel my reservation and he took care of that as well effortlessly. Thank you Rithik! You are a wonderful person.”

“Anukul was very patient to understand the travel requirements though our travel includes multiple passengers travelling on different dates. And Indian Eagle site is very user friendly and no delay in payment confirmations to tickets issued. I will recommend IE to my friends for sure. Thank you.”

“I have made reservations with you guys in the past and it was always good service. So is no surprise I made my todays travel reservation with Indian eagle again. Unfortunately air India did not let me board because my OCI and passports did not match. We called Indian eagle to check for alternate flights. I must acknowledge how courteous, helpful and friendly your response was in finding me an other flight. My shoutout to Mani, Rohit and Shoaib for their exceptional service. They were very understanding of the situation and called Promptly whenever the calls dropped. Best service. Thanks to these guys.”
