“I worked with Rohit on itinerary. Fantastic person and very helpful. very pleased with him. IndianEagle website, system and processes on the other hand need to improve. They were fantastic earlier requiring no manual touch but now you need it for everything increasing cost and inconvenience.”

“I worked with the agent Mayur twice in a row this year and I found him very courteous and helpful. He is very polite, addresses all the concerns and issues and diligently follows up. He not only answered all the questions I had but went above and beyond by arranging a call with Air India and getting an outstanding issue resolved, which I was having a tough time with. Kudos to Mayur and his excellent customer service skills.”

“Rohit was very courteous and made the reservation we wanted. (However, your system did not according to him, give the same price as we had seen on Kayak and tried booking there, which for some reason was not seen on your system. Hope we will not end up with double bookings.) Thanks”

“They were prompt to get back and sort my issue. Please check with the airline why they do not take MasterCard thru your portal but I can use MasterCard on Air India website. Also I can use MasterCard on other booking websites for Air India bookings but not on Air India booking with Indian Eagle. This seems weird. But Zubair was very prompt and helpful.
